I'm not going to go into what makes pro wrestling great to me, or bad, or whatever, because it's a waste of time. I'm not going to convert anyone with what I'd say, and they're not going to make a non-fan out of me because I will still like it.
That all said, I'm wondering why the Xbox 360 version didn't get a patch. It's ridiculous.

Not to sound like a dick, but your long winded comment about arguing about profession wrestling being a waste of time is a waste of time. Just thought I'd throw it out there.

I like to do lots of things with my free time, but watching sweaty muscle men slam each other around in a rubber-protected square is not one of them. Call me crazy.

I also appreciated the action and especially as I got older the athleticism. Personally the more soap opera-ish it got the less I liked it. Not the more normal feuds and such mind you, but "so and so is pregnant", "whoa she gave birth to a hand", "bah gawd Vince is dead", etc. It's a bit much.
It's why for the longest time I loved puroresu (Japanese wrestling). They considering it a sport over there and have respect for it.
But really at it's core... It's no different than wanting to see a fight scene in a movie or TV show, or video game for that matter.

@The_Foo: it's definitely not a homophobic thing, despite my description. My apologies if it came of that way.

People trash on the scripted nature of the shows but tying in with wanting to see a 'fight scene', you can do it every week whereas with movies, shows, etc. it's usually a once or twice off. Take MMA as an example, you have to wait months in between fights with your favourite fighter. But with wrestling you can have him come out each week and entertain you.
It's also dependent on the personal bond you can develop with these men and women, as wrestling is a more intimate thing that a boxing match for instance.
Overall it's about watching the athleticism, the rivalries and stories build and just watching (depending on taste of course) a good show. Not too dissimilar from other forms of entertainment. It's not all about "sweaty guys in their underwear fake fighting, heuck."

Haven't been there in months.

No point in leaving your "no point" comment here if you're really not interested in answering my question.

The best advice I can give you is not to treat professional wrestling and modern day WWE as synonyms. The WWE is only one company, and don't focus so much on quality wrestling these days.
