    I've been following this story for a little while now, and I don't even own any of The Sims games. It's definitely engaging.

    How come games always take the world is on the brink of destruction, has already been destroyed, or is at global civil war. Why cant I just be a guy who does interesting things without having to stop an evil plot or an invasion.

    Abuse... that must be one of the most fun deathmatch games I have ever played! I'm pretty sure it's free now, but I don't know if it runs on modern PCs - back when I first played it was a DOS game with IPX networking...

    Don't forget that at this time in 2009 The Superdimension Fortress Macross PUNCHED A FOUR-KILOMETER-LONG ALIEN WARSHIP WITH AN AIRCRAFT CARRIER.

    Then again the next year most of humanity died in an orbital bombardment, so I guess it balances out.

    MGS2 is my second favorite in the entire MGS series (4 toppling it's masterpiece)

    Yes it was kind of confusing, but there was substance there! Some may argue too much, but dammit, I loved it. I loved being smothered by the layers of meaning and depth the characters and background provided. Seriously, this game opened my eyes man... it opened my EYES..

    Also MEMEs.

    MGS2 was awesome. I'm just after remembering that I still need to finish it on European Extreme. As far as I remember, I was about halfway through it before I left it down. Have most of the tags for each difficulty too....man, I raelly played that game to death. Still love it.

    @-MasterDex-: Dude same. I remember where I left off... I was fighting the harrier.. European Extreme.

    So much fun on that level, only because it's super tough.

    And I loved the Snake Tales side missions too. I was so PSYCHED to see Meryl! (They had a character model of her and you only see her in one of the Snake Tales missions!!) Mostly because MGS2 was my first foray into the Metal Gear games. And the soundtrack is brilliant. Everything makes me tingly in the wingly.

    A+++++++ game. Will play again.

    @Go Go Gadget: Thugmunk: I got the game the day of release so I never played the Snake Tales segments, possibly played 1 or 2 at a friends house but that would've been it. Even without all the extra content, it was still a great game.

    MGS4 is awesome, (I can say otherwise for MGO :( , but oh well) and I was taken away by the storyline.

    I even went and hid in a cardboard box to see how it feels to be "inconspicious"!

    The Metal Gear series definitely taught me so much about the importance of Memes, and how to hang on to them even when you have nothing left. I guess when Snake supposedly "retires" in 2014 (Quotations, only because I can never tell what Hideo will cook up next!) I can go meet him and get an autograph from him!
