I have to say, I am usually not into video game related schwag or collectibles. Being the 34 year old man that has and always will play video games, for whatever reason I feel collecting Simpsons and Family Guy toys are the way more mature things to collect.
I never really understood why I am against the video game stuff, I think a big part of it is I try to tell myself "they are at the end of the day indeed just video games." I fully know the truth is they are much more than that. Not only are they my favorite pastime, but I also truly see them for their incredible artistic merits. For whatever reason I guess I have made an unspoken promise to myself that they cannot bleed into every aspect of my life. Although I will be damned if someone said I could no longer wear game related clothing. So that is the weird reason I have always been against the toys and collectibles based on video games.
With all of the above said and off my chest, these masks are incredibly kick ass. They are super creepy, based on a fantastic art style, and I am actually going to see if any are on E-bay for a semi-reasonable overpriced price.

@DirtyLarry_OfficialArtificial:
They are, at the end of the day, indeed just cartoons.
Your logic seems a little off.
It sounds like you're just trying to convince yourself of that, so that you minimize the amount of money you spend on your hobbies. Which is fine, if that sort of weird self-psychological stuff works on you.
Maybe System Shock 2 would have sold few more copies if Irrational (2K Boston) had used a similar marketing scheme.
Then again, a box of annelid worms coming to your door only to burrow into your body turning you into an annelid doesn't sound pleasant - but at least the Many could influence its new servants into buying the game.

Tuesday: I turn on the TV - Stalin
Wednesday: I go the the movies - Stalin
Thursday: I'm afraid to open the fridge..."
This classic old joke you Yanks will never understand will soon get a new life with viral marketing.
