    tch tch tch... Publishers will sell anything for money eh? Even the rights to make crappy movie adaptation from their critically acclaimed game franchise. I blame Capcom for their 1994 Street Fighter debacle.

    @MrGOH: But then after Mario become respectable, so did Nintendo's treatment to the franchise, hence no Mario Bros the Movie 2. Capcom was working on Street Fighter 4, soon to be fighting game of year 2009, when they produced Street Fighter The Legend of Chun Li!.

    Ya know, all this hate for Postal leaves me wondering, how many people actually sat down and watched it?

    Now how many of those sat down and watched it wanting to hate it because it is a Uwe Boll film?

    How many people have never seen it or have seen it and are just hating on it because of the director?

    While most his other movies were ridiculously terrible, I thought Postal was pretty damn good for what it was. #uweboll

    @TexasJack: People hate a lot of things without watching them these days. Just look at Fox News.
    I actually sat through all of Postal and must admit it wasn't THAT bad. Have you heard anything about his newest film Rampage? I read one review that says it is pretty good. Let me try and find it...

    @TexasJack: I watched both Postal and Alone in the Dark.

    AITD was probably the worst movie I've ever seen. When I watched it I wasn't aware of the menace Uwe really was and unfortunately I learned of it with first hand experience. The movie was a complete mess in every way: plot, acting, cinematography, etc. The worst role Slater ever took.

    Postal was actually a lot better than I was expecting it to be. Sure, it was just average, nothing to be excited about but not as bad as most people make it to be. Filled with overacting, stereotypes and tried way too hard to be controversial (a bit like the games eh?) but it was entertaining.

    Yeah, Postal is decent.

    Honestly, I think that Uwe Boll is a good guy, I mean if you read articles by people that have interviewed him, you get the sense that he really loves what he does. That he does it, not to make money or be famous, but because he truly loves it. He's just an idiot with no skill. And I think that makes him a far better person than most people in the industry *cough* Kotick *cough*, it is just a shame that people can not see past his lack of skill to see that part of him.

    Uwe Boll doesn't bother me as much as he seems to bother everyone else, yeh he's crap, but big deal.

    personally i thought Postal was funny and really fit with how messed up funny the game was

    i'm more pissed with directors who destroy game movies that had potential of being great

    e.g. Max Payne... everything was wrong with that film, every little detail, its like the director never even played the game... Max Payne had so much potential for making a great movie, damn you John Moore, damn you to hell!!!!! :P #uweboll
