Although the three are still listed at full price on Xbox Live Marketplace, the official Xbox web site lists the new additions to the program at just 400 Microsoft Points. The age of all three games likely has something to do with their graduation into the Xbox Live Arcade Hits program, as does the sequel to Feeding Frenzy being released this Fall.

Hard to go wrong at $5 USD, even if Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3's single-player game is largely broken thanks to the game's insane AI.

<![CDATA[Midway To End Wii Party Game Drought With Game Party]]> Among the games announced today by Midway exclusively for Nintendo consoles, including Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3 for the Nintendo DS and Cruis'n for Wii, was a welcome respite from the current barren wasteland of bite-sized, casual games on the Wii. Promising the "ultimate party game" in the masterfully titled Game Party, the collection of classic skills games from around the world includes darts, Skee Ball, basketball, air hockey and trivia contests.

Altogether, we're getting more than a half-dozen games (!!!) in Game Party, which will quantitatively make it the best mini-game collection released for the Wii by a third party in November. Maybe.

Did I mention it also features a virtual beer pong game? I mean root beer pong, of course. Where's my martini?

<![CDATA[Mortal Kombat 3 DS Goes Online]]> IGN sat down with the man responsible for just about everything Mortal Kombat related, Mr. Ed Boon, to get the scoop on Midway's re-release of Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3 for the Nintendo DS. How's it sound? Six ways of awesome!

Not only does it contain the last decent Mortal Kombat arcade game in a teeny lil' DS card, it also finds a way to squeeze in local and internet wi-fi head-to-head play. UMK3 for the Nintendo DS also contains the not so bad Puzzle Kombat game on top of that, one-upping the Xbox Live Arcade release.

Anyone else shocked that UMK3 DS is now on their must buy lists?

<![CDATA[Ultimate MK 3 Hits Live in Nov.]]>

Tucked away in their press release about Mortal Kombat Armegeddon streeting today is this little morsel: Both Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3 for Live Arcade and Mortal Kombat Unchained for the PSP hit stores this November.

Unfortunately, that's all they are saying right now. No word on price or features, but I'm still psyched.
