    I saw the first one where there was the competitive Golden Tee gamer who kept ignoring his girlfriend, and a group of guys who couldn't go to their jobs at Benihana because they couldn't pull themselves away from Steel Batallion and the Buffy the Vampire Slayer game.

    I'll never understand why people want to show the whole nation that they have a psychological problem. "Hey look at me, I'm mentally ill!"


    And obviously people will get the wrong idea about video games and ruin the fun for everybody around them.


    And to end the rant: I also hate that music channels aren't about music anymore. (Although I could argue that pop music isn't about music anymore, but that's another discussion)

    @UndergroundDreamer: Note to yourself that MTV stands for 'MusicTeleVision.' Not so much anymore.


    It's more like 'Maybe our programming is music related, but we are trying to appeal to a younger audience these days insteadTeleVision.' these days.

    @MellowJade: I don't think this needs to be a show. I feel all of these shows are demeaning to the people that may have a genuine issues. I've been told by my doctor that I have a serious deficiency in moral fiber, but I find shows like this to horrible. I think they're disgusting, thrusting a genuine problem into the world at large. The problem I have with this is that it should be a family issue, between the person with a problem and the family, making a show about INTERVENTION (they have one on A&E) demeans the problem.
