Following up on last week's Warped Tour song pack comes Vans Warped Tour 3-Pack, adding Dear and the Headlights' "Sweet Talk", The Devil Wears Prada's "Hey John, What's Your Name Again?", and Thrice's "Image of the Invisible" to this week's 5 song pack.

Counterbalancing next week's Warped content is a trio of songs from classic rock band Foreigner, who bring "Blue Morning Blue Day" , "Headknocker", and next week's song we can't believe wasn't already in Rock Band, "Feels Like The First Time".

Throw in the odd Black Rebel Motorcycle Club track, "Weapon of Choice", and you've got next week's additions to the Rock Band Music Store for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. If they aren't there on the 30th, wait two days, which is also a fun way to tell which console you have, in case you are confused.

<![CDATA[DS Lite's New Killer App? Art Museum Tour Guide]]>

Besides being dorky, the worst thing about the guided museum tour headset they pass out is that all you do is listen. Enter the DS Lite. From this November, the handheld will be distributed at a Tokyo art exhibition to help visitors understand art. Each work will be reproduced in the DS thanks to special software. By using the touch pen and listening to the audio track, visitors can gain a deeper appreciation of the piece of art. Carrying that DS around the museum, you'll still feel like a dork, but less of one.

<![CDATA[More Details on the Secret Wii Tour]]> More Nintendo Wii goodness has drifted my way via the ephemeral rumor mill. Yesterday, I posted rumors of a secret Wii tour set to storm the nation and convert heathen next-geners to the way of the Wii.

Some intriguing new details have surfaced since.

Apparently, instead of taking the form of a barnstorming, whistle-stop tour of the nation's top cities, the Wii tour is going to be something more akin to the Fight Club.

Don't worry you're not going to have to bloody your nose or sell rich people their fat back to them, but you're probably not going to know when the thing breezes through your town unless you make the list.

Nintendo is going to compile some magical list of "influencers" (think alpha soccer moms and gamers, not bloggers and journalists) and invite them to a secret meet up with the Wii.

Once there, the lucky few will get some hands on time with the console and fall deeply in love with it... or be beaten to death by a sack of Wii-motes and their bodies fed to ravenous Pokemon.

Remember the first rule of the Wii Club...

<![CDATA[Cross-Country Tour to Bring Wii to the People]]> Sources tell me that Nintendo is planning on showing the Wii around in the time leading up to the launch of the next-gen console.

Rumor has it that the console will be launching on a big-ass, cross-country tour this fall, pre-launch, to bring Nintendo's flavor of games to the people.

The goal, I think, is for Nintendo to get the console in the hands of as many people as possible, because they believe once people try it, they'll buy it.

Still no idea where this tour will be hitting, but I'm sure an official announcement will be coming in the near future. I don't think it's the Fusion Tour, for what it's worth.

<![CDATA[Pokemon Touring the Nation]]>

Pokemon is touring the nation, color me scared. I'm not sure where all they will be going, but I know that on May 5 the furry little rodents will be landing in Denver.

The event will include a chance to get your pic taken with Pikachu, download some new pokemon to your game pack and even check out that Pokemon puzzle game for the DS.

I can't believe that Pokemon is still so tremendously popular.

<![CDATA[Nintendo's Van of Goodness]]>

Just got off the Nintendo Van, man that's always an experience.

This time around I got some hands-on time with King Kong on the GBA and Gamecube, Super Mario Strikers, DDR Mario, Shadow the Hedgehog, Mario Kart DS, Mario and Luigi Partners in Time (with the rumble pack in), Animal Cross DS and Viewtiful Joe DS.

I'll post up separate quickies on all of the games, but let me say this. King Kong is going to kick much ass. I only played it for a few minutes, but it was a blast.

Expect to see the previews, much pictures and even some video tomorrow. I don't think I'll be able to post any of this stuff up today before I have to leave for work.

<![CDATA[Nintendo Van Brings Viewtiful DS, WiFi Gaming]]> The Nintendo van will be making its way by my house next week, bringing lots of GameCube, GBA and DS goodness to my driveway. As usual, I will try to pound out some quick impressions of everything I get a chance to tinker with.

During their last visit, I got a change to check out a bunch of titles that were later shown off at E3. This time around I get a chance to fondle the holiday fare. I already have a lot of the titles they will be showing off, but there are some pretty amazing exceptions. I can t wait to check out Viewtiful Joe DS, Mario & Luigi and Donkey Kong Country 3, but the big pay-off is going to be Mario Kart DS and Animal Crossing DS (both WiFi games). I m told that there s a good chance that I will be able to test out online play.
