    I hate to say it (not really), but I think this would actually be a good thing for my hands sometime, actually. The pen is perfect grip for my hands, and the size of it all just seems perfect for carrying around (in my opinion).

    Also, congratulations, like always, on not using stupid number or letter scores as a cheap summary detail like most other sites do.

    @(Starman) Starman: It's odd, but I kind of still do the number in my head when I read things without one. For instance, I got the impression that this review is an 8. I do find it odd that Bash isn't more critical of that pen. It looks great, but isn't it rather easy to lose when out and about?

    It's good to see Nintendo expanding the portable market for people who have for years been upset at the size of handhelds getting cell-phone size.

    I don't know why they didn't have this ready to go on the DSi's launch but I wager the market research wasn't in that showed enough people wanting this to make it worth it.

    I've always found the redesigns that portables go through within a generation interesting, especially now that Sony and MS are moving in the direction of making meaningful overhauls of their console hardware mid-generation.

    Man, I already asked for a DSi for my birthday this Wednesday, and the inevitable dropping of this load of awesome will probably break my resistance and I'll be buying yet another fucking DS.

    Eventually, I'm just going to start giving my measly journalist earning to Nintendo in full. They're gonna get them anyway.

    I'm getting this for my mum the second it releases in the UK, her pink Lite is almost dead and she's always complained that the screens were too small.

    I have huge hands yet I really like 2D games and the DS has them in spades. My hands were always cramped after gaming sections and so this with the bigger screens really entices me.

    I think I may have to pick it up.

    I'll need hands on experience, but otherwise I think I could go for an XL. I didn't make the leap to the regular DSi, though that's mainly because there's really only DSiWare that makes it so unique.

    @D Mitsuki, Gotta have guts kid!: It only costs slightly more than a Wii and thats just because the Wii had a small price drop.

    It also only costs slightly more than the DSi and it comes with 3 extra preloaded software over the standard 2 and has the larger stylus included.

    Id say thats a pretty fair deal, but it seems that other folks would rather FREAK OUT over nothing.

    @Witzbold: Well, the price of 222 USD just gets to me. I know things in Japan usually cost more if I'm not mistaken, but I would never pay that much for a DS anything.

    When I got my original DS way back in the day, it was only $160, my lite was 130 I believe.

    There's very little I would spend $222 dollars on, and most of it that I would, breathes.

    @excel_excel: CAD is good when it deviates from the characters and their stories. I think it was last month were every strip was about a different game or something, and I read it every time. When it kicked back into drama-fest, I stopped reading it again.

    I think he needs to wrap up the storyline and end it, and just make CAD a general gaming comic without any main characters or storylines.
