Rockstar and Timbaland Bring PSP Beaterator

If you were one of those folks that sat around all day playing with Rockstar's web-based Beaterator music mixer when it was released a few years back, now would be a good time to pick up a PSP.

Rockstar has just announced Beaterator coming this summer to a PlayStation Portable near you, as well as a partnership with music producer Timbaland provide original music and a built-in sound kit for the game.

"I've always been a huge fan of Rockstar and love playing their games," said Timbaland. "I'm thrilled to be partnering with them and making music for Beaterator. I cannot wait to get this in the hands of our fans!"

The PSP version of the popular web-based app will include all of the beat making tools of the original, along with original games and challenges made specifically for the portable system.
