Eva McKenna in the upcoming Command & Conquer: Red Alert 3, just as surely as they knew what they were doing when they crafted the new Gemma Atkinson C&C: RA3 desktop theme, now available for 150 Microsoft points on a 360 near you. I went ahead and made the ultimate sacrifice, replacing my free Dr. Pepper theme with Miss Gemma in various states of composure and clothedness. Nothing to racy, just good, wholesome fun. Going to keep telling myself that.

QUICK! Gemma Atkinson 360 theme out now! [CVG]

<![CDATA[ The Kotaku PS3 Theme ]]> 24824_1656-thumb_Kotaku.jpg Do you love Kotaku? Do you love it so much that you must customize everything you have with our pink and green color scheme and fancy lettering? Well thanks to Playstation Universe poster Shawn, you can make your PS3 Kotaku-tastic with this custom theme. So far twelve users have risked the pointing and laughing and downloaded the custom theme and are presumably showing their love to the world at this very moment. Will you be lucky number thirteen?

Thanks Shawn, we are most flattered.

<![CDATA[ Puzzle Quest Theme, Picture Pack Hits 360 ]]> pquest.JPG

Both theme and picture packs for Puzzle Quest: Challenge of the Warlords are now available for download on Xobx Live Marketplace. Shhhh, don't tell Fahey. The theme pack runs for 150 points and the pictures will cost you 100.

You know, no matter how much I like the themes or picture packs I have so far always regretted buying them. They tend to get annoying over time, I've found. Is that true with everyone or is it just me?

<![CDATA[ Xbox 360 Dashboard Theme Problem ]]> Dear. Microsoft,
I love the 360. Even though it breaks, and mine is currently making sounds that can best be verbalized as R2D2 getting raped, I'm enjoying the console.

But about those dashboard themes. Yes, I'll pay for them. You knew it all along, so congrats. What I want to know is: why can't I update my Marketplace blade? Because I'll be wasting time tabbing back and forth, experiencing the sybaritic joy of Earth tones combined with the dashboard's oceanic swooshing effect, and BAM! BRIGHT ORANGE!

Please fix. I'm sure that a Smackdown Vs. Raw background on Marketplace will not hinder my consumerism.
Sincerely, Love, Waiting in angst,
Mark Wilson

<![CDATA[ Halo Trilogy Theme Hits Live, Cereal Next? ]]> For a mere 150 points you can flick back and forth between blades looking at pictures of a game that's not due to hit stores until next year. Or, you could wait until the Halo 3 faceplate hits stores and get the Halo Trilogy Theme for free.

It's good to know that Microsoft realizes the potential of their chief brand. Slap a Halo 3 on anything and people will line-up around the block to buy it. We've got the book, the graphics novel the two games, an upcoming movie. The action figures. Where's my goddamn Master Cheif cereal, now with fruity Flood flavor?

<![CDATA[ Game Themes on Accordion ]]>

Moshezuchter had been playing for about a month when he decided to tackle the Zelda theme on his accordion. Not bad, though a bit stop and go. The second video is him churning through the Tetris theme song.

<![CDATA[ The Crown Jewel of Fan Performances: Zelda on Theremin ]]>

Well, that's it. We never need to post another Zelda performance again. I don't care if you're the ghost of Jerry Goldsmith, on a completely crax0red copy of Fruity Loops, with the London Philharmonic, Morrissey, and Stephen Hawking personally providing all your samples. I don't ever want to hear this melody again.

It's over.

(Thanks to Metzger for sending this in. Say, didn't I fix your radio once?)
