I think i'm only gonna get A Day in Life because that's my favorite Beatles song, but most of the album (that is not already included on the disk) doesn't seem to fit that well for rockband. #thebeatlesrockband
Hopefully the tracks are all for sale individually. I got 2 of them coming for free after a preorder bonus. I can probably buy the rest for less than the cost of the pack (unlike Abbey Road, where my free track was completely pointless) #thebeatlesrockband
I think the Sgt. Pepper songs ingame were my least favourite to actually play (still good songs though) whereas I love the Abbey Road stuff (medley is epic). Might get some of these tracks, just not all of them. #thebeatlesrockband
I was surprised when they first made the Rubber Soul DLC announcement (it's my favorite album of the R.S. / Revolver combo, but most people like Revolver) ... but SPLHCB is a no-brainer. They're top-loading the DLC with albums that even non-Beatles fans will recognize, at least in spots.
I know the initial DLC reports were promising (at least on the 360 for "All You Need is Love"), but I haven't found any concrete reports about whether or not the first DLC met (or exceeded, or fell short of) short-term profit expectations. It really would be nice to see some of the earlier albums represented.
The earlier albums are much harder to convert, because there aren't single-instrument tracks available for many of the recordings. They actually had to go in and use military-grade audio extraction software to extract (for example) the drums from the bass. Crazy stuff. #thebeatlesrockband

I like Beatles HITS, but there is a lot of Beatles music that I don't care if I ever hear again.
So I might grab "When I'm sixty-four" but the rest don't interest me. Which is good, in the long run, because I only have so much money.

Now the question remains:
Are they going to be using the stereo masters or actually using brand new arranged tracks (ala Yellow Submarine Soundtrack)? #thebeatlesrockband
