thanks for the info, Jim. this one's on my radar, though my hopes aren't too high. the concept is so awesome, only a fraction of a percentage of studios could do it justice, i feel.
question: you bemoan the lack of stealth options on Kotaku; did you bring it up when actually playing the demo? i'm curious as to whether/to what degree developers take demo gripings to heart.
"Stealth Positions: For a stealth game, there sure aren't a whole lot of options. Violette can only crouch and crouch-run. You can't lie down fully, hug walls, or even crawl."
Wow. Only that? They have to try harder if they want the game to be X-Box's and PC's response to Playstation's MGS4.
And I'm not being a fanboy, if they're making a stealth game primarily for the X Box and the PC, it will be compared to MGS4, plain and simple. So, unless it turns out to be a spectacular game at the end, this game will only serve as flamewar fodder. :\
@gurfinki: It's only fodder if idiots want to make it fodder. But yeah, they need more stealth options. Like laying down with shimmying side to side. Although I would find it hilarious if they threw in a cardboard box for no reason.
Well, that's just lame. I can't remember the name of the game. It's basically a stealth GTA set in France, WW2, where a guy (read: a man) running through a black and white world planting bombs and generally playing "la resistance" around town. As you lessen the nazi hold on things, the color begins to come back into the world.

Is THIS that game, or is that another?
