This may very well be the lamest thing to ever come out of the Street Fighter franchise: a Virtual Reality ride through Bisonopolis. What's the point of putting Street Fighter and VR together if you're not going to use it to zoom up Chun Li's vagina in first person?

<![CDATA[Zangief Takes On World 1-1]]>

You may recall how trivially M. Bison owned the first level of Super Mario Bros. It was rather depressing, actually: those big-eyed waddling mushrooms just couldn't compete with his Somersault Skull Diver.

Well, Zangief's taken a knock at it, and he has a bit more trouble. In particular, despite the fact that he appears to be 200 feet tall, he can't stop from accidentally falling in World 1-1's collection of bottomless pits. Watching this video, it's hard for the avid Street Fighter II player to avoid asking himself one question: just what would it be like to be You Sou Kyakued by Chun-Li if she weren't wearing any panties?

<![CDATA[Lang Lang: Classical Piano Meets Street Fighter 2]]>

From The Department of Surname Redundancy Department: Lang Lang is one of the greatest pianists in the world. He also likes to take time out from his ivory to zanily jump around the room, performing pantomime Street Fighter 2 moves. This guy's awesome, go buy some of his CDs.

<![CDATA[Worksafe Street Fighter 2 Porn Cosplay!]]>

When Chun Li investigates a sexy kidnapping, she subdues the perps the only way she knows how: by flashing her camel toe at Dhalsim and Honda, then making out with the victim. An edited and work safe selection from a Japanese cosplay Street Fighter 2 porn movie.

<![CDATA[Crecente Vs. Ashcraft in Chalkboard Street Fighter!]]>

Although Eliza and I have since smoothed out our differences with a beefy handshake and a night at the strip club, our brief conflagration in the McDonald's Interactive thread has infected Crecente and Ashcraft with rabid, Street Fighting bloodlust. Right after 'manly snuggle', this is our second favorite way of settling our arguments here at Kotaku Tower.

Hey, Ryu! Don't you know you don't use water for an alcohol fire? Also, you're supposed to block... forearms beat fire.

Extra props to Dhalsim being three sheets to the wind during the eight second fight.

<![CDATA[Mutant Storm Sequel Coming To Live Arcade, Amongst Others]]>

In addition to the E3 Live calendar we posted above, the May issue of Power Up Magazine has a list of the upcoming games that will be downloadable through Live Arcade over the coming months.

In addition to who-cares Uno, blah Texas Hold 'Em Poker game and that's-more-like-it Capcom fighter Street Fighter II: Hyper Fighting, you can expect the sequel to the excellent Mutant StormMutant Storm Empire — and Cloning Clyde to come to Live Arcade in the Summer of 2006.

You'll need to either already have an XBox.com account or sign-up for one through a Hotmail address to access the magazine. As if you didn't have enough virtual repositories for the unsolicited come ons of Russian child brides.

<![CDATA[Kohler's Retro Rip-Off Roundup]]> Wired's Chris Kohler helps get you up to speed—on his own journalistic merits, mind you—on videogaming's early copycats. From the numerous Pong imitators to mercifully unpopular games such as Gangly Man (a painfully obvious Pac-Man clone) and Golden Axe Warrior (Sega's sorry attempt at cashing in on Golden Axe's pedigree and The Legend of Zelda's gameplay), he highlights the worst of the worst of gaming's half-assed doppelgangers.

He even goes so far as to imply that Tecmo's Ninja Gaiden for NES is a bit too much like its console compatriot Castlevania. C'mon, Chris, I don't know about that one. I'll give you the Balloon Fight slam, maybe, but Ninja Gaiden? Heresy!

<![CDATA[Street Fighter 2 Coming to Xbox Live]]> Although there weren't any Earth-shattering announcements for the Xbox 360 or Microsoft gaming going into CES, there were some interesting little facts. Besides the announcement of an HD DVD player for the 360 and the unveiling of Flight Simulator X for Vista, Peter Moore did talk about future titles for Microsoft's latest console.

Moore said that by the end of 2006 there would be 50 Xbox 360 games available, that means we can expect another 31 titles this year. More importantly, Moore said that Street Fighter 2 would be coming to Xbox Live Marketplace. Street Fighter 2, how much does that rock? Texas Hold Em will also hitting the marketplace, but that just makes me sad.
