I really enjoyed Aion from what I've played so far. I'm definitely looking forward to this weekend's beta test phase so I can try out the PVP.

Right now, all signs are pointing to me sticking with the game when it's finally released.

I knew Spiritmaster was going to be my preffered class from the moment I saw it was an option. It reminded me of the Summoner in FFXI (my favorite class in that game) more than any pet class in WoW ever did.

I had heard that the spirits change as you get higher in the levels but never saw any pictures to confirm this, so I'm glad this article was posted.

@Kayonesoft: I was really sad when the first beta event ended. I was just getting into it. I enjoy the game a lot, but I am not sure how much time and effort I want to put into an MMO again.

@KillerBee: I'll tell you what though, it's better to just stay out once you're out.

I played FFXI for a year or so before WoW came out, and then it just completely absorbed my daily life for the past several years.

I just recently quit and I find that I allocated so much of my free time to the game that I have nothing to do with my free time now that I've stopped.

@Kayonesoft: I got tired of WoW because of raiding. I am too old and a family man, so endgame raiding is just too time-consuming. I'd be scared of Aion.

I really wish my computer was tough enough to play Aion. My buddy who was in the beta has nothing but good things to say about it.

Ah well, maybe if NCSoft ever gets off their asses and releases some of those PS3 projects they announced a while ago, Aion could end up being one of 'em.

Now if only the WoW servers were up this morning so I had something to DO. :[

@Archaotic: I'm sure my PS3 and 360 have enough hardware to run this game. If only those systems would get K/M support this wouldn't be problem.

I really want to play the latest MMOs on my consoles. I'm sure MS is working on something and Sony has FFXIV coming. I do hope we can use K/M with that game.

@Archaotic: Oooh, sorry to hear that, I'm in the same boat. I should try WoW then too I guess.

I hear you when you say there aren't enough games out there either, but it'll make up in 2010. At least Nintendo will actually be doing something.
