    i think itd be cool for yu suzuki to work on an epic space harrier 3 for 360/PS3, while tez okana works on a sequel to planet harriers for the wii, and the game would contain the arcade original.

    Space Harrier was the first "motorized" arcade machine I ever saw, so it will always have a special place in both my heart and my MAME roms folder :)

    @new_pornographer: wait...have you played space harrier? its a suzuki staple, its on every sega arcade pack release. thunder force was good, but a niche game in the niche genre of r-type, gradius etc. Harrier is up there with Afterburner, Out-Run etc.

    wait, uh, shit - when were we talking a new thunderforce game? i gotta go wiki that shit. if space harrier has anything to do with it, im likely down...though one day? my nostalgic love for sega is gonna have to give way to reason, and im gonna stop asking for new fuck-ups based loosely on the series of my childhood.

    for some reason space harrier always reminded me of world runner for the NES. I think it's mostly the boss fights.


    I wonder when Castlevania III is gonna get here.
