Although I'm not a soldier I guess I qualify as disabled, I need a stick to get around with and as anyone who has read my posts knows my typing skills suck because of my arthritis.
The split controller makes it possible to get comfortable because you don't have to have your hands together and it is easier to move the controller around than have the fine movements that button pressing and using an analogue stick require.
Stuff like wiisports are gentle enough that you can get a little bit of a stretch out, helping the range of motion and getting people used to a little exercise.

Or: "Soldiers were given Wiis instead of PS3s because LittleBigPlanet alone is not worth $460. What do you mean the PS3 has other games?"
Seriously. Enough with the "Wii is 4 babies" fanboy shit in every post mentioning the Wii. All three systems have their merits and it depends on taste. Stop being such a fanboy. Seriously. It's old.

Angels donate X to Soldiers
I would have written:
Soldiers return X, ask for Y.
For (X,Y) in {"PS3","WII","360"};
It's not about being a fanboy, it's about seeing the lighter side in life.
It's really only the fanboys that get mad at other fanboys, because they assume *EVERY* post talking about a game system is fanboy related.
Of course you could have misread my post and somehow got "Wii is 4 Babies" from my post, but that doesn't reflect on my supposed fanboy status, and instead your level of reading comprehension.
