When not hosting Pokémon cartoons, otaku queen Shoko Nakagawa enjoys the simple things like playing Final Fantasy VII, putting catheads in her mouth and cosplay. Some of her previously cosplays, like Super Robot Taisen, have been quite amazing. Spectacular, even. Her recent bean (yes, bean as in, you know, a bean) cosplay has left us speechless. Certainly, you haven't forgotten admitted-cat-head-swallower Shoko Nakagawa. Besides being a popstar and a big cosplaying otaku, she also co-hosts Sunday morning cartoon show Pokémon Sunday! With nerd cred the inevitable shameful movie homage (NSFW) complete with Shokotan lookalike shouldn't be surprising. Here's what is: Another (yes, another) phony Shoko Nakagawa adult flick has been released. Okay, so? So! This one stars not one, not two, not three Shoko Nakagawa clones, but five. That's correct FIVE. And they appear on screen at the same time! It's like they're cleaving off each other or something. That's admitted cat-head-swallower-turned-mainstream-idol Shoko Nakagawa finding bigger nerds than her! She encounters some dude playing Taiko no Tatsujin blindfolded, nerd group dancers and another dude (with no teeth) cosplaying as anime character Haruhi Suzumiya. She then dresses up as a life-sized Evangelion figurine. None of the passer-byers think that, you know, a real human being would actually do that. A chubby guy finally recognizes her. Good for him! He's even dressed as his own self-created character called A-Hero (Akihabara Hero) and protects the Akiba "holy land" by walking around from store-to-store with other nerds. He's even got his own slogan and poses. Uh-huh yep yep.

Former Akihabara idol Shoko Nakagawa has fully transformed into a mainstream celeb. While just a year ago, Shoko-tan was doing Akihabara Ninety-Nine Nights cosplay events for Microsoft, now she's selling shampoo and appearing in fashion mags. Sure, she still has nerd cred with the otaku horde. Hence, this: an adult video with a costume-playing Shoko Nakagawa look-alike. There's a screenshot of the film after the jump, which involves a PSP, canned ramen and a 12 inch Powerbook. So kinky!

Every Sunday from 7:30 am, Japanese children gather in front of the TV to stare glassy-eyed at Pokémon Sunday. Sponsored by Nintendo and the Pokémon Company, the program features the cartoon as well as live action video segments that feature info about card playing or DS battles. It's basically a big Pokémon ad, but does feature famous celebs like Shoko Nakagawa and Gorugo Matsumoto. In the above clip, Shokotan and Gorugo take on some kid and his mother. The winner gets one of the loser's Pokémon. Not terribly exciting, but if you're a kid, FASCINATING.

The last time we saw cat-head sucking Shoko Nakagawa promoting a Super Robot Taisen game, she was all glammed up as Shoko-tan Version 2.0. For the upcoming Super Robot Taisen Taisen Original Generations, she's returned to her nerd cosplay robots by donning the mecha armor of in-game character Valsione. Shoko-tan, a cosplay nerd herself, says this was the most spectacular cosplay of her life, and she even went as fair as trimming her hair and her fingernails for this costume. Shoko Nakagawa, known as "Shoko-tan," doesn't just talk the talk. She lives it. In a tour of her tiny one room apartment, she shows just how much she loves RPGs. How much? She's got a Slime pillow on her bed, a giant TV for playing Dragon Quest and a personalized signed pic from the individual (FIY: Tetsuya Nomura) who created Final Fantasy VII's Sephiroth. Just watch how excited she gets when Dragon Quest fires up. She says that she enjoys playing it more than watching movies and says she would like to marry Dragon Quest V!
