When the officers are too strong and the common soldiers too weak, the result is Lu Bu.
Truer words have never been spoken about Lu Bu in Dynasty Warriors. I remember taking him on at least three different times in DW5 before defeating him and beating the level during the Yellow Turban insurrection. He was brutal and made the rest of that mission look like simple.

If you've played either Warriors Orochi game, you'll find they've found a way to put both Lu Bu and Tadakatsu Honda (along with Keiji Maeda) together in battle. Which is like fighting two (or three) Lu Bus at once.

However, worst I've ever met must be Iron Ox/Tadakatsu Honda in Devil Kings. Shit was hard. And immortal. Kept coming back to life.
