Each of these is just tremendous. Totally beyond my abilities, but still makes me want to try something video gamey. Maybe I'll do the basic Space Invader alien, or Tetris with one block per pumpkin.
Ah yes, THESE are more like it, Thank you! Lit! Lit! I Can See The Light!
And all amazing jobs too.
I intend to try my hand at Pumpkin craving this year, heck, I might even try two.
No idea what to do with the Pumpkin insides afterwards though, I'm not a Pumkin Eater...
I do hope these pumpkins last the fortnight we have left before Halloween though. I mean, it is 31st, right? They didn't somehow move it forward? #halloween
@Agent.AealapytsaNotxap(NotASpy): Just get a big pot o' dirt and throw 'em in there. Then, keep it in the shower so you don't have to water it. Efficiency! #halloween
@trentseely2004: If you click on the link in the article, Mr. Detective, you'll see that ceemdee didn't cut holes in the pumpkins. S/he merely peeled away the shill, making it transparent in those places. #halloween
MDK was groundbreaking at the time. Manny Calavera is just so appropriate. Earthworm Jim was a blast. Thief: The Dark Project set the tone for all future "stealth" games to follow and was downright frightening, edge of your seat gameplay on first playthrough. Man I love the games you've chosen here, just for the sake of making me reminisce about some good old times and that's some hellacious pumpkin carving as well! Happy Halloween to ya. #halloween
@Str8_Jihadin: Let me tell you about the awesome idea your comment gave me. I tried making an Agent Smith jack-o'-lantern: I went online to find tutorials on how to make jack-o'-lanterns in Photoshop, downloaded that picture, converted it to grayscale, and downloaded a provided picture of a pumpkin.
I only have GIMP, so I decided to try using that. No go. I don't think it would have worked even if I'd had Photoshop, since the tutorials I found were designed to work with several instances of black (eyes, mouth, etc.), not one big picture.

I have actually carved four pumpkins so far this year, but no videogame related ones yet. It would have to be one that I really like.
Plus, you can do what I do with the insides. Throw them out into the back yard, and next year grow your OWN pumpkins! :D #halloween
