    I'm surprised to see Kmart is still around. All the Kmart's in my area closed down some 5 years ago so.

    It's weird though since on Xbox.com they don't show only the Arcade and Elite now and no Pro. Maybe phasing that middle stage out? Though I still see them in stores. #xbox360

    @Morisato: I think that has already been confirmed somewhere. With the Elite now taking the price point of the pro and thus becoming the standard model and the arcade staying the same, there just isn't room for the Pro, especially if the Super Elite rumours are true.

    On the boxes now, they only feature the Elite and the Arcade, no pro. #xbox360

    @ColinStein: My two picks would be Alan's Wake and Splinter Cell, but with so many games coming out this year and next, you could do without having two consoles.

    @NeVeRMoRe666: Castle Crashers was one of my reasons but that's coming to PSN soon. Alen Wake will be something I'll play at my friends houses I know for sure. Honestly, the ONLY thing I can see now is Perfect Dark. That's sadly it. #xbox360

    I am 90% sure that this deal is true.

    First, I work at Walmart, and being a gamer I keep an eye on video games.

    Second this was indeed a deal used with the PS3 last June. And then again several other times with other products.

    Third I recognize the computer screen and when I actually look at that specific screen myself and if I see that up there I be 100% sure #xbox360

    @JBRonin: Also Week 41 should be next week, and I recently heard about how Sears is unloading Black Friday deals way before the big day so it makes sense for Walmart to up the ante.

    @ppppp: Ever since Xbox arcades were introduced in mid 2007 they have ALWAYS had an hdmi slot.

    And by late 2007 ms only manufactured consoles with an HDMI slot.

    @flanker22: This. I have an Arcade from Dec 2008 and it's got a HDMI slot. Old school Arcade were phased out a long time ago. and I sure as hell wouldn't want one. AGAIN. X2.

    @flanker22: I don't remember when I bought mine which didn't have it, but when I went to best buy they said their arcade versions had no hdmi port, and it even said this on the box. Isn't that what separates it from the elite version, other than the hard drive? #xbox360

    @flanker22: Can't really help it in this case, had a whole bunch of troubles come up recently. It would just be impossible for me to pass up getting a new 360 for $200 and getting $100 worth of free groceries/gas if I had the money in the first place.

    @Malorkis: I don't know. I know there is a netflix app you have to download. Could that fit on a memory card? Probably.

    That said, I would highly recommend getting a hard drive. A used 20gb can be purchased for less than $30. #xbox360

    @Malorkis: All Arcades as of late '07 (correct me if I'm wrong) have 256MB of onboard storage. The Netflix app is like 3MB and the credentials file is 76KB so you're good.

    Not sure if you can run it without an HDD (I use a 20GB) but you can try. It should work though. #xbox360

    What made me turn my head the most wasn't the xbox but rather the 42" HDTV for only $500. That's a great deal considering the fact that I can't even get some 32" HDTVs for that low of a price #xbox360

    @Izod517: Sharp are actually some of the best LCDs, easily as good as Sony, but maybe a touch under what you might get from LG or Samsung. But honestly at this price point, it's naturally going to be their lower end LCDs they use. But even so, it's a damn good deal. Even the crappiest LCDs today are on par or better than the really nice ones 4 years ago. Gotta love technology.

    Oh, btw, I'll be picking up the arcade for sure. $100? No brainer. Then I'll have ready backup when I get my next RRoD.

    Lastly, I'm confident this deal is real as I bought my PS3 last year during a similar saturday door buster. It included a $100 giftcard as well and the other specials were nearly identical: TVs and laptops etc. Walmart does this several saturdays leading up to Thanksgiving. #xbox360
