Where else can you find Pyramid Head, Frogger and Evil Rose so happy to be in the same room? There's even a guest appearance from the Cardboard Box! And Sparkster! Boy, was he memorable...

Thanks for the heads up, Robert.

<![CDATA[Get Your Rumble Roses T&A Figures!]]> Yamato Toys is really upping the plastic skin exposure game with their upcoming release of Rumble Roses wrestler Dixie Clemets, due to be immortalized in PVC and released this September.

The six inch tall figure features the rodeo champ and #1 eligible bachelorette in Texas in a typically revealing bikini made of clam shells and pearls. I presume this marginally covering get up is considered perfect for mud wrestling by Konami Computer Entertainment Tokyo developers. National Console Support has made pre-orders available now for a pricey $55.

The shame of owning one? That's free!

<![CDATA[Crazy Press Events]]>

There's no in-between. Gaming press events can either be really exciting or really boring. From chocolate covered bugs to Nazi brothels, game site Games Radar takes a look at seven of the wildest press events in recent memory. Take the above event: a latex wearing woman dressed as character Anesthesia squirts vodka into the mouth of an attendee at Konami's Rumble Roses London event. From Miss Spencer's classroom to Dixie Clemets mechanical bull, each character had her own private area. Konami also rolled out women in short nurse skirts with bandages at a Tokyo Silent Hill event. Trying to keep costs down, PR put out an ad for amateur cosplayers that offered bloodstained Silent Hill nurse outfits as payment. You stay classy, Konami!

<![CDATA[Porn Star Tera Patrick Talks Gaming]]>

Does starring in adult films affect your brain? Let's ask superstar Tera Patrick, who's appeared in seventy plus pornos. And since, we're a game site, how about some game questions via Gamerhelp.com. Tera, what titles appeal to you?

I personally have a thing for most of the Dead or Alive girls. I also love Rumble Roses. The way they bounce really gets me going.

Titles, Tera, we said "titles." Let's imagine a gamer wanted to ask you out. What's the best approach?

Don't try to hide your dorkiness. Use a pickup line like 'want to play with my joystick?'

NO EFFECT WHATSOEVER. Elsewhere, Tera mentions how the adult industry is "aching" for more sex games and that she once did an appearance at E3 creating a line "a mile long" of gamers who wanted to meet her. Ya think?

<![CDATA[What Are You Playing This Weekend?]]> After spending the entirety of my week playtesting new and upcoming Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and Windows games at CES, I'm just about due for a break. But screw that. I'll be spending a good portion of my weekend playing some Diablo II (forgot to bring that much needed "play disc" with me to Vegas) and maybe a few games of Rumble Roses just for shits and jiggles. I'll also spend tonight detoxing, as I'm off the sauce in an attempt to recover from nearly a week long streak of expensive drinking.

Oh, right. I'm also about to work my way through expert mode on Guitar Hero II, much to the dismay of my left hand, while I dream of the Xbox 360 version, the Nyko PS2 to PS3 USB adapter and future Guitar Hero song packs. Good times.

So what's on the gaming calendar this weekend? Any geek throwdowns planned? Let us know in the comments, please.

<![CDATA[Jubblies Galore: Lots of Tits on 360]]>

Siliconera points out that a veritable jubbly avalanche is happening on 360 recently, including the already-released Rumble Roses XX, the upcoming DOA Xtreme 2, and cowboy hat stripper zombie massacre Onechanbara X.

For me, the question is not so much "why" (duh), but more a curiosity concerning the aesthetics of the games. I refer mostly to DOA, where aside from hair color and minor facial differences, every girl looks exactly the same. The homogeny is worse than in most anime, even. I'm puzzled because it seems like the game would sell better and appeal to a wider base if there was some variation in the girls.

Skin color, height, measurements...variety is the spice of porn.

Another thing that I found curious was the insane boob jiggle being accompanied by rock-solid, yet fairly broad butts. Even the girls on the swings in the eight-minute trailer experienced zero change in ass shape. What gives? A little bounce in the booty is something the whole family can enjoy. No bounce, no play. And with an entire minigame devoted to butts, it seems even more amiss.

On the other hand, perhaps the very Barbie quality of the girls is what keeps them from being uncanny, and thus insures their appeal. All I know is that I'm not buying any beach bunny game without butt bounce.

<![CDATA[Wanna Be Model Uses Business Cards, Jubblies and Rumble Roses]]>

18 year-old Nao Segi showed up in Akihabara, wearing a Kandy Kane outfit from Rumble Roses. According to Nao's resume, the biggest thing she's done so far are photos for phone carrier ads in Hokkaido, Japan. In Akiba, she braved the dorks and the dork summer stench to pass out her business cards. Konami, Microsoft, give this girl a job. She's got moxy! (Among other things...)

<![CDATA[Rumble Roses Hit Japanese Karaoke Boxes]]>

To help promote the crap outta Konami's catfighter Rumble Roses XX, the game's theme songs go karaoke. Next month, three tunes (Junction Rainy Blue, Ribbon no Kisetsu, Hadashi no Horizon) will be available to sing at Joy Sound. In lieu of the cheesy karaoke videos, there will be special Roses videos that feature sexy gals in skimpy outfits singing 1980's style muzik. Definitely won't win over any Japanese schoolgirls.

<![CDATA[Games of the Week: Nothing Major]]> Sorry, gamers. There's really just nothing going on this week. Most of this stuff looks like shovelware. Was there ever even a Kingdom Hearts I?

Kingdom Hearts II (PS2)
This is apparently some roleplaying game with Disney characters from Square-Enix. Has anyone heard of this? News to me.

Rumble Roses XX (Xbox 360)
Hot girl-on-girl wrestling action gets ported to the 360, with better breast shadowing, better breast physics, and deeper breast customization.

Far Cry: Instincts - Evolution (Xbox)
Jack Carver is back and shootier than ever! Tropical mayhem with more weapons, more vehicles, more first person violence.

Far Cry: Instincts - Predator (Xbox 360)
Two Xbox games, Far Cry: Instincts and Far Cry: Instincts - Evolution, get the Xtreme 360 makeover.

Full Spectrum Warrior: Ten Hammers (PC, PS2, Xbox)
Pandemic's sequel to the modern military tactical combat shooter (phew!).

Dynasty Warriors 5 Empires (PS2, Xbox 360)
Strategic Chinese hack and slash as Dynasty Warriors 5 gets the expansion (and 360 port) treatment.

Harvest Moon: Magic Melody (GC)
It's... another farming RPG. Expect the usual sheep herding, carrot harvesting, and fallin'-in-loving.

Until Microsoft sends me a free Xbox 360 I'll be holding off on everything on this list. But, what are YOU getting this week?

<![CDATA[Freaky, Freaky Rumble Roses Fig]]>

Just when you thought Konami's Rumble Roses couldn't get any ickier, a moppet series of figurines is released. Sexy's traded for child-like in what is supposed to be "Bloody Shadow," but is far, far more horrific. Tonight, nightmares.

<![CDATA[More Rumble Roses Cosplay Fun]]> Four new costumes have been unveiled for the Yuke's developed Xbox 360 Rumble Roses game. Set to be released at the end of March, the title features loads of playable wrestling "babes," all wearing skimpy outfits that make you wonder who picked their trashy clothes.

A bunch of men. Oh. Right. Screens, tastefully, after the jump.

<![CDATA[Rumble Roses XX Demos Excite Otaku]]> rrxkiosk.jpg

Like bees to honey, Japanese gamers gathered at Den-Den Town's Sofmap and Akihabara's AsoBitCity for a Konami sponsored Rumble Roses XX event. Playable kiosks were rolled out as Konami staff quizzed players which characters they liked best. The game reeks of otaku smash hit, and those images of deserted 360 consoles seem like a distant memory here in Japan. NSFW (depending on where you work), raunchy in-store campaign posters after the jump.

<![CDATA[As Expected New Rumble Roses Figurines]]> About $5 a pop

A troupe of new figurines will be release in tangent with Konami's smut-fest Rumble Roses XX. These will be sold in convenience stores and hobby shops across the country. The sign clearly says this is "Vol. 1," so there'll be more. Woop-dee-doo. (Can you feel the excitement in my typing?) There's also a set of munchkin Roses. Hit "more" for the nightmare-inducing pic.

<![CDATA[Brace Yerself for Rumble Roses Costume Mode]]> School Girl Rumble

First heard whispers of this back in September at TGS. The new Rumble Roses will have "Uniform Mode" and, what I like to call "Build Your Barbie Dream House" mode. The always outfit-centric Costume Get! has an update, showing once again that RR's fight styling won't be moving copies. Instead, the chauvinistic title's drawing card will be that the game lets players design Perfect Tens, dress them in skimpy duds and have them beat the snot outta each other. Lovely.

<![CDATA[Rumble Roses Drop Date]]> Panda Fighting Yeah!

Listen up. Fans of panda fighting and upskirts have something to get excited about. Rumble Roses drops March 30th in Japan. As someone over at the Konami site wrote in Japanese, "I've decided that March 30th is the day I will buy an Xbox 360." Go get 'em, Tiger.

<![CDATA[Roses Gets Ready to Rumble XX]]> What, no gator raslin'?

Here's something that slipped right under my radar. It seems right before New Year's, Konami release a smorgasbord, all-ya-can-eat of naughty Rumble Roses XX screens. The images are pretty much what you've come to expect: high kicks, underwear and giant panda fighting. Since I don't want to get arrested by the bad taste police, I'm posting only a handful until the game drops sometime this year, which needless to say should really help Msoft in Japan. For those keen on downloading the adult stuff, swing by the game's official site. Just don't tell 'em Kotaku sent cha.
