i prefer KOS-MOS from Xenogears.... then again Xenogears was the greatest RPG ever made besting any FF, chrono trigger, and earthbound combined...Xenosaga series on the other hand... meh at best.

The Portal bots were awesome. Fantastic personality. Though no one stands against HK-47.
