@Mike Newlad: You're totally wrong. There's actually a higher percentage of ps3 owners that have a 2nd console than 360 or Wii owners. Just add up the percentages to see this for yourself. wii (14 + 26), 360 (42 + 18), ps3 (42 + 34)So it would seem that PS3 owners actually have a STRONGER need than other console owners to buy a secondary console.
PSWii60 all the way baby. The 360 is unrivaled for shooters, the PS3 is untouchable in the original game concept department, and the Wii... well the Wii um... Nintendo titles are fun.

I had a 360, I have a Wii and I'll buy a PS3 soon. I would like to have all of them at the same time but my 360 was defective and they don't warrant imported 360's here. But at least I will have played all the good stuff from the 3 consoles!!
I got all three. Outside of Muramasa I hardly use my Wii anymore, and there aren't any 360 games out in the foreseeable future that I have any interest in, but both systems have given me plenty of shit to play in the past (well, the 360 more than the Wii, but still). It's good to not have to worry.
@ dean:
the number is the same, but the percentage differs due to the fact that far more people own wiis than ps3s or 360s. 14% of ten thousand and 14% of 1 million are two completely different numbers.

@TheVegetarianBurgerKing: I have one, we live together, and luckily she's very accepting of my nerdier habits. Especially when I play for extended periods of time.
For a few months last year I had all three, but sold the Wii, and just last month my Xbox 360 gave out on me, so I'm down to just PS3 (and PC of course).
With the Wii's price drop I'll be picking up another one though, Dead Space Extraction has me sold.
No current plans on a new Xbox for now, maybe when the next big exclusive JRPG comes out on it.
In all honesty though, I really didn't have time to even play all three. I hardly find myself playing PC or PS3 these days, mostly due to lack of mooneys for actual games, but still.
@Boom-Chicka-Ah: Here to Create a Star Commenter Empire: With the lineup the gaming industry has for 2010? It's make or break, they can't afford for 2010 to just be another year, this is when gaming should explode and give us quality games.
I'm happy to finally count myself as the one of the 26% who own a Wii and an X-Box 360. I really wish I could afford a PS3 as well, but it's just not gonna be in the cards. Next time around!

What if the Wii is your first system since the 8 bit generation?
Would you call yourself a "Wiines" owner?

I'll post this question again on tomorrows TAY since I'll probably get more answers, but, whatever.
