I don't if the Hardy Boys mystery books had any murder in them...

But I enjoyed reading them, lots... if this game is just as engaging as those books were I'm looking forward to it.

I think they are a little late on that genre, Murder mistery is very old to the videogame scene, so many typetext games on pc and a lot lately on the DS.

@Piccoroz: So text adventures on PC and DS games.

So how are they late to the party exactly cos that means theres nothing on consoles.

And after Prof Layton I am quiet looking forward to this, murder mystery is quiet a good genre.

@deanbmmv: the thing is they talk like they are the first to bring murder mistery genre to the videogames, on consoles there are plenty on the past generations, in this we have CSI...

@Tom Clancy's Samuraidino: it has my favorite onion quote in it, "In a new move made over fears that obesity is on the rise, The federal government has raised the body fat percentage for obsese people from 50% to 90%, dropping the number of Obese people in America from 200 million, to 180 million."

that was rough memory paraphrasing as well.

As others have already said, it's most probably a new Buzz game or in the same vein as those games.

I guess it's a socially-adaptive game that's rated E so it can reach all the demographics and quite possibly be connected to Home.

A new puzzle game? A new platformer? Who knows?! All that's important is it's a secret and we all know we'll all be let down once the announcement of what the actual game really is.

Release a patch/DLC/something for Quiz TV so I can edit or arrange how rounds are played.

Sometimes the bomb round and particularly 'steal the points' round can be fun suckers, particularly for those who can't answer as fast or don't have as much trivia knowledge. Would be nice to eliminate them or alter the way the game plays a bit at least.

In related news, Sony put out a expected release date, then an expected delayed release date, then an expected delayed delayed release date.

@Archaotic: By your reasoning Duke Nukem Forever is going to be THE greatest game ever created. Developers might as well pack up once that baby drops.

    @jihadjoe343:

That's not my reasoning, it's Miyamoto's. And I'm pretty sure Miyamoto was thinking that it only applies to good developers.

Hence, DNF will not fit the bill regardless.

Buzz Video Game Quiz. Which would actually be a great idea provided it's not an exclusive game.

@goldenroad: To my knowledge Buzz is owned by Sony.

So they could do a quiz game likely for anything, but Buzz would be out of the question unless it was exclusive.

I can't expect it to be anything ambitious, exciting, or surprising. Probably a DS/Wii quiz game or something silly like that.

When has that stopped a developer from switching sides? If "close relationships" really mattered, there might actually be a Final Fantasy out this year.
