As Q*Bert is a game I was never a huge fan of, I'll sit this one out and let Apple know that this wont stand. Hopefully Apple gets taught a lesson and doesn't copy any games I REALLY like.
"Hopefully Apple gets taught a lesson and doesn't copy any games I REALLY like."
Apple doesn't make any of these games. All the iPhone apps are made by outside developers, this one in particular is made by LagMac (not at all associated with the Mac brand).
With that aside, Apple's testing method for which apps can make it to the store completely blow. There have been so many refakes that it's near impossible to count. Yet, no one claims them of having nothing but shovelware (looking at you, Nintendo haters).
Mean to whom? The pinball game manufacturer who originally published Q*Bert 27 years ago? They don't even exist anymore. The original programmers? None of the people who put any of their own creative power into Q*Bert have any rights in it anymore. The rights are apparently owned by some faceless holding company in New York City. Who gives a fig about being mean to THAT?
So tell me, whom have these Italian guys wronged by making this game?

We all know you've already used the jailbreak method on your iPhone. Ethics be damned.
