    Problems With Puzzle Quest iPhone

    Puzzle Quest is no stranger to gameplay bugs in any of its myriad releases, but the iPhone version deleting characters takes the cake for the “kick in the shins” category.

    Puzzle Quest PS3 Infected With Plague

    Oh good, another platform to play Puzzle Quest: Challenge of the Warlords on, but why pick up the PlayStation 3 version when you've already played it on the PSP, PS2, Nintendo DS, or Wii? Why because you get to be a bard. D3 Publisher has revealed that the PS3 version of Puzzle Quest will be bundled with the Revenge of the Plague Lord expansion pack that hit the Xbox Live Arcade version back in July, which adds a whole new adventure to the game along with four new classes - Bard, Rogue, Ranger, and Warlock.     Oh Great, Puzzle Quest Hitting iPhone

    I don't need to be able to play Puzzle Quest: Challenge of the Warlords on anything else, okay? It's already eaten away at my life on the DS, PSP, Xbox 360, PlayStation 2, mobile phone, and PC to the point where every month I have at least one Puzzle Quest-related dream. Now TransGaming has announced their expansion into the Apple portable space with Puzzle Quest for the iPhone / iPod Touch. More »

    Puzzle Quest For PS3 To Bedazzle At Tokyo Game Show

    Well, that took 'em long enough. According to D3Publisher's list of upcoming Tokyo Game Show wares, Puzzle Quest: Challenge of the Warlords appears to officially be due for a bow on the PlayStation 3. We knew it was coming, but D3 has been unusually quiet on the game, especially considering its been whored around to just about every platform under the sun. The game's release date is still listed as "TBA," a condition we hope is cured by the time TGS rolls around. More »

    D3 Says Bye-Bye To UMD, Hello To PSN For PSP Releases

    D3Publisher is bringing its PSP library to the PlayStation Store, meaning that games like Puzzle Quest: Challenge of the Warlords and WTF: work time fun will shed their UMD mortal coils, becoming glorious digital downloads at prices well below their real world retail predecessors. Over the next two months, the following PSP games will be added to the PlayStation Stores on both the PlayStation 3 and PC, giving you a chance to play some potentially missed gems without having to get up off your ass.     Week in Games: A Welcome Break Edition

    All good things must come to an end, and this week apparently marks the end of the amazing flood of great titles we've had over the last month. This week's offerings (with a few exceptions) are a bit lackluster which is probably fine by most people's bank accounts. Due to a long trip, I'll be concentrating on some overdue handheld action and I'm plenty thankful that there is nothing this week that is just begging to be purchased. More »

    Puzzle Quest PC Finally Released

    Despite the release of Orange Box and Final Fantasy Tactics for the PSP yesterday, I spent the afternoon playing a game I've already completely played through on two different handhelds, and while Puzzle Quest: Challenge of the Warlords is every bit as impressive on the 360 as it was in pocket form (multiplayer impressions: knights are assholes), we mustn't forget the platform that gave us the first taste of the game. In a rather bizarre move, D3 released a PC demo of the game to help promote the DS and PSP versions. Well now seven months later those PC gamers who were viciously teased by said demo can finally pick up the full game via the GamersGate download service for $19.99. As one of the game's biggest fans, I nearly downloaded it myself before common sense finally kicked in. More »

    Puzzle Quest Coming To Wii, Too

    D3 Publisher is on a mission to port its sleeper surprise hit Puzzle Quest: Challenge of the Warlords to every platform under the sun. Following releases on the PSP and Nintendo DS as well as forthcoming Xbox Live Arcade and PC releases, a Wii version is expected this fall if a recent listing at retailer Amazon is correct. Given that it features Wii-specific box art, I'll estimate that correctness at 99.44%. More »
