Don't expend too much effort browsing the North American PlayStation Store today, as it won't be seeing an update until April 15, when the revamp goes live. It was all in the original press release on the matter, but I bet you didn't even read it. Tsk tsk! In the meantime, visit a friend with an Xbox 360 version of Rock Band if you want to enjoy "Still Alive" or download the rest of those American Idol Encore tracks you missed last week. Or get some thumb twiddling time in. Your choice!

<![CDATA[ PlayStation Store Update: Demo Man ]]> Yyyyeah. Outside of the PixelJunk Monsters demo, PlayStation 3 owners may have some difficulty mustering up too much excitement about this week's PlayStation Store additions. There's only one other playable, an original PlayStation title, but maybe you'll find this week's light dusting of gameplay trailers enough to keep you busy between F5ing the site. There is that Bionic Commando: Rearmed trailer available, the kind of thing you may want to watch and rewatch and rewatch. And rewatch.

New add-ons for Rock Band and MotorStorm debut as does the ability to purchase PSP games through the PlayStation 3 version of the store. Yes, you can enjoy Beats through the purchasing power of your PS3. A pair of new demos in the form of Turok and FIFA Street 3, plus a pair of new EyeToy games round out the playable goods.

<![CDATA[ Super PlayStation Store Update HD ]]> The latest additions to the North American PlayStation Store are numerous this week, including an update to PlayStation 3 downloadable favorite Super Stardust HD. The update adds rumble support for the DualShock 3 and adds custom soundtrack support, among other visual changes. A new demo has also been added for those who haven't been fortunate enough to enjoy this awesome shooter. The weekly Rock Band track updates and Need For Speed ProStreet cheats for the lazy help round out the update.
