It was so strange to me from a gameplay perspective- buying drinks and choosing what to say- and the graphics and accompanying responses definitely fell in the uncanny valley. Yet, it was really interesting.
The demo gave me the feeling of being on a little vacation. Very much looking forward to this, so happy they are sticking with the original language track.

I also want to support Sega because I need Valkyria Chronicles 3 on western PS3s. Here's hoping it does well.

"the least popular present this Christmas are video game consoles".
There are more than those 10 things on the list that a kid could want for Xmas......, so it's at the bottom of the top 10 list, not the "least" out of all the presents a kid could get.

Kiryu should replace Sonic as their mascot.

"The localization of the game will feature full Japanese voice acting with English subtitles, as it should be."

And now, Internet, you'd better put your money where your mouth is and buy the game, or this will be the last Yakuza game to ever be released outside of Japan.

At least, I'm getting them all and Yakuza 3 is getting my attention first.
11:41 AM
But to decide which one to play first between Yakuza 3 and FFXIII... no idea at all. I guess it'll be whichever one lands in my mailbox first.
That said, it certainly seems like an odd choice from Sega. At this point, they could have waited until May-June, when the risk of getting lost in the shuffle would have been far smaller.

The demo was interesting, but I couldn't understand what the hell was going on. All I know is there was some really pissed off people in it and I hit some dudes. In a white suit.
Who wouldn't want to play that game?

spiky letters?
meatloaf doing the "thriller"..?
What does it all mean?

Guys can show they asses too, that would make the old west a whole lot more fun ^_^
11:16 AM
It is also an ass that has 3 inch thick callouses from riding horses all day every day.
In other words, I think it would be indiscriminate of you to want to see that =)

Ive always been intrigued by them but have never actively sought them out. Can they be compared to any other game or series in terms of their gameplay?
