I liked what I played of the first game, but I ran into a problem: on my standard-def TV, it was very difficult to read the text - the letters just kind of blurred into one another.
It's possible that it's just me or that there's an option I missed somewhere in the menus, but this was a pretty big hurdle for me given that my vision isn't that great to begin with.
This is more of a 360-wide problem, though. We need more Banjo-style large text patches.
@spiderweb1986: This is a 360 wide problem, one I've come to live with. Games frequently come forced into letterboxing.
It's one of the reasons I find GH almost unplayable every since GHWT, and why I am NOT looking forward to them trying to squeeze four note charts on a letterboxed SD TV screen.
I really enjoyed the first game. I even think I'll re-play it before playing the second one... which I had predicted would get a price cut or a bundled price this week. :) Yay for common sense coming through!
Now, where's that announcement for the third game?
It's not a deal. It's the correct price point. You know what, I'll be generous. 1200 points is the correct price point. Episode 1 felt like a rip-off. Episode 2 felt reasonable.
