Hey, guys, you don't need to go to Toys R Us to get that. All the Pokemon are actually in the game already. You just need an Action Replay card to unlock them. If you plan on playing online, though, don't use the monsters you got with the Action Replay card, or they'll figure out what you did and ban you from online competition. This works even for the super-rares. They're all there.
Normally Dragonaire evolves into Dragonite at lv 55. This Dragonite is being given away at lv 50 with moves also learned above lv 50. Some official tournaments are capped at lv 50. While it is actually very unique... needs more Arceus and Shaymin.
I think it is unique because Dragonite is typically found only at level 55, this is a chance to use a rare pokemon (Yes, it was rare in the originals too) in Lv50 sanctioned tournaments.
It's also much rarer in the new Diamond/Pearl games, so it's still a good grab for enthusiasts.

@Cloral: But is it on your pearl or diamond cartridge?
No. Well that's the point.
Anyway I had to go with a friend to do this for his little brother last Toys R Us thing and it took 2 hours, so I guess this will be the same. Smart move Toys R Us.
@Paustinj: I'm going to sound like the biggest pokenerd here but as I understand it (my littliest brother is a huge pokemon fan), you can't catch Dratini's anymore. And I don't think there is a way for you to transfer it from Red and Blue to the new DS games (theres no wire or slot that directly connects GameBoy games to the DS). Hence, why MewTwo is still considered one of the rarest even though everyone can catch it in the original game. I could be wrong, but I'm sure it was something like that. I'll ask him sometime.

There's just too many Pokemon in the world. I was (and still) happy with just the original 151.
