The only issue is the lack of multi-player. However, they are working on a MMO version.
My guess is that Torchlight is just a single player campaigned released to help fund the more ambitious MMO sequel.

I haven't tried running at higher detail at that res, now that I think about it. That was the default setting. I've dropped the res and increased the detail, and that ran smoothly. I don't know which I prefer better.
@Zelyre: Because if I wanted to run Windows full-time, I wouldn't have bought a Mac? Wine doesn't officially support most new games right away, especially ones that are harder on the system. Before Dragon Age, I mostly just played Audiosurf and Portal via VMWare Fusion.
Besides, by buying the Mac version, I would be throwing more support behind my platform of choice. If I want more OS X games, I have to pay for them, right? #torchlight
