They're fun, once you understand the proper way to swing. Season 2 is a huge improvement over the first, and unless you're a huge PangYa fan (like me), you'd be better off just getting the second one and skipping the first (unless you really want to see Arin dressed up like DOA's Kasumi).
I LOVE PangYa. My icon may or may not show that (for some reason, the thumbnail version reverts to an older icon of Arin, while full view in my profile shows Fire Emblem's Ike...).
If I had the cash to spare, I'd totally import the Korean special edition. Comes with an OST, a Papel designed slip case for PSP, and the special edition version of the game box has nicer art than the normal one. :3
@vorpal_raddish: I thought this was Korean for some reason. We have a local server in the Philippines and like most online-multiplayer-casual games it usually comes from there.
Easy? Are the Super Swing Golf series games harder? (They're based on Pangya, no?) Because those games made me want to cry / throw my wiimote through my tv screen on a fairly regular basis. I suppose it could also be that I'm not very good at golf games...
I kinda liked playing the PC version online, but didn't like how you had to do fighting game like button combos to make required shots on some holes. On a game controller layout like the PSP though, it could be pretty cool! If there's internet play, I'm there (even though IMO what I played was basically Hot Shots Golf.)

How are the Pangya Wii games anyway? Season 2 is cheap around here and might give it a shot.

Arin is no loli... She's 20 years old and has a... rather well-developed bust... [ahem]
Unless you're talking about Kooh (who isn't pictured here).

Yes, PangYa originates from Korea. The name is Korean (onomatopoeia for a gunshot) and the developer (Ntreev) is located in Korea.
The PC original has a few servers across the world, and the Wii version has been released around the world as well.

Motion-sensing golf is certainly a bit harder than button-pressing golf.

I hope the game gets released in the US too.

In katakana, it's spelled パンヤ (panya).

I would have settled with changing the color of the panties.
I feel like playing Soul Calibur now

PangYa, actually.

Yep. The original name is 팡야
팡 is made up of p/b, a, and ng
야 is ng(silent) and ya

Pity I sold my PSP, since 99% of games suck.

"...delicious Kooh..."
... She's 10 years old...
