What can you look forward to?

In addition to the Oasis tracks already released for World Tour, fake rockers can now jam to “The Turning,” “I’m Outta Time,” “(Get Off Your) High Horse Lady,” “Falling Down,” “To Be Where There’s Life,” “Ain’t Got Nothin’,” “The Nature of Reality” and “Soldier On.” During loading screens, you can slur incomprehensibly and brawl with your siblings for added realism.

Dig Out Your Soul's remaining tracks “Bag it Up,” “Waiting for the Rapture” and “The Shock of the Lightning” have been previously available.

The full album will set you back $18.99 (1520 Microsoft Points), depending on your hi-def console of choice. Individually, tracks are priced at $1.99 (160 Microsoft Points, 200 Wii Points).

Oasis' own Noel Gallagher didn't outright say the new tracks are "better than two goblins trying to fuck a donkey up the arse with a laser beam," but we think it's safely implied.

<![CDATA[Noel Gallagher Once Again Talks Arse Goblin Humping]]> Previously, Noel Gallagher said Guitar Hero was better "than somebody getting their fucking head chopped off with a samurai sword while getting fucked by a goblin up the arse with a laser." Eloquent!

In an interview this year with Total Guitar magazine, the elder Gallagher brother echoed similar sentiments, stating, "It's better than two goblins trying to fuck a donkey up the arse with a laser beam." Though, that game does sound interesting.

The Oasis songwriter does concede that Guitar Hero is a "good thing" for getting people into music, but points out that playing guitar and playing a video game version of a guitar are mutually exclusive.

"When I meet kids I always say to them playing a guitar is not a fucking videogame, there is no level to get to. You'll never master it and you'll never complete the game."

Oh how we all look forward to Noel Gallagher's 2010 goblin arse humping quote.

<![CDATA[Noel Gallagher Says Guitar Hero Is Better Than Arse Goblin Humping]]> Besides writing songs and playing for British rock band Oasis, Noel Gallagher is a walking quote machine. So, you'd think he would have an opinion on something like Guitar Hero. Well, he does:

If it puts little plastic guitars into kids' hands and fires their imaginations, I think that's a good thing. It's harmless fun, innit.

I'd rather that genre of video games than somebody getting their fucking head chopped off with a samurai sword while getting fucked by a goblin up the arse with a laser. Do you know what I mean?

Um...

<![CDATA[Rock Band Gets Oasis, Officially]]> It looks like that Xbox.com leak was accurate, because today Major Nelson is reporting that Oasis DLC is coming to Rock Band (Wonderwall, Live Forever, and Don't Look Back in Anger). <![CDATA[Rock Band Gets Oasis, New Rush, Smashing Pumpkins This Month]]> Xbox.com let slip abnormally early the upcoming downloadable content for Harmonix's Rock Band, giving us a look at the rest of January's add-on tracks. First up are a trio of tracks from Oasis, "Don't Look Back in Anger," "Live Forever," and "Wonderwall." They'll be available the week of January 22nd to Rock Band owners, bringing familial strife and Manchester pop-rock to fans. Gotta start working on my Liam!

For the following week, Harmonix brings us the "Progressive Pack", featuring "Siva" by Smashing Pumpkins, "Working Man" as made famous by Rush, and "Ten Speed (Of God's Blood and Burial)" as made famous by Coheed and Cambria.

The overworked web staff at Xbox.com has since pulled the listings (someone goofed), but those who demand screenshot proof can find it right here.
