Ninja Gaiden II Stretches Definition Of "Only On"

07/03/09
They start with a B, and end with a Z.
What am I thinking of?
07/03/09
Extra hint. The Z is horizontally inverted and suffers from terrible aliasing.
Easier?
07/03/09
Bizzaro Goku?
07/03/09
It's a Team Ninja title, so it could only be one thing...

You, sir, win. I present you one Internet.
Of course we've got to have the Hulkamatronic wonder presented in the highest fidelity possible.

My experience is so mean .-.
07/03/09
Yeah, they're beautiful games for people who have the time and patience to play and practice a game for months at a time...

I suppose since it has a different name and different content...
No, it's still the same damned game.

PS3 gets purple smoke instead....

I think thats the worst slowdown iv ever seen in a game.
06/19/09
It wasn't even a particularly intense part of the game, either. :[

...id have gotten the PC version, but being a trophy whore and wanting to bust ghosts with friends online is a factor in it.
Also honourable mention in the slow downathon,Mass Effect.MIght have just been my disc drive dying again, but by god, that game brought my 360 to a standhill multiple times.

I've heard mixed things on the PS3 version of GB. I haven't played it, so I can't confirm, but it definitely runs at a lower resolution. I don't know how its frame rate ended up though. People don't seem to be happy with the PS3 port at all.

@Tom Clancy's Samuraidino: Tell me about it. This is why I generally avoid 360 multiplat games; my roommate bought Ghostbusters though, and I wasn't about to make him buy it on PS3 (I own the only PS3 in the house, and we're all going our separate ways in a month), especially not while knowing the game's problems.

The thing is, Hayashi has said he chose, deliberately, to tone the blood down because he felt it was too extreme. Who knows, maybe it'll be an unlockable option in the US version. The point is, it was a conscious choice by the studio, and it has nothing to do with the PS3 not being able to "handle it".
06/19/09
and hey, it worked for No More Heroes and MadWorld, why not.
06/19/09
I'm torn. The blood was cool, but I would rather have a cleaner, smoother game with a more solid frame rate but no blood than an extremely bloody game with an inconsistent frame rate and a shitty camera, y'know? I'm 24 years old, I see blood all the time. It's not special anymore.

Mass Effect was crashing TWO YEARS AGO, long before my 360 red ringed the first time.
