    Ive listed in several posts that the ONLY reason I want a PS3 is for the games that I loved on the PS2 that will probably release their next installments on it. My initial games that I flagged were the GOW, Persona, FF, and Yakuza. We know the deal with FF, GOW looks killer, no word on Persona, and Yakuza looks killer.


    I will consider buying the god box when GOW hits, but a 1-2 combo of GOW and Yakuza if it was released here would knock out my trepidation at the too high price tag. PLEASE release this game in North America.

    It really is a shame that Sega has no plans to bring this game to N America. I loved the first game, and meant on getting the second but I keep forgetting it's out since I haven't looked at a PS2 game in a long time.

    Does Sega not want to sell video games in North America? I don't get it, is their localization team just their Dreamcast team all over again?

    relax, my devoted fans!


    i will play this demo with great vigor, and not five minutes in will i possess a rock-solid and unshakable argument relating to whether this game SUCKS or ROCKS.


    "kenzan" was a disaster in many, many ways. this one better be an actual next-gen game, or i'll go flippin' nuts, i swear it.

    @Setzer IIDX:he just stated that he has SF4 on the way. and jandlecack is one of the first buds i met on here, so i don't even think for a sec that he made anything of what i posted. i dont address people on that level unless im cool with them.

    @vorpal_raddish: Well given the last 2 games didn't set the world on fire over here on the PS2 with a much more substantial user base, I'm betting they aren't really all that concerned.


    It sucks though. It looks fun. Maybe some publisher might pick it up.

    Put all the pro's of the game in one sentence and you get


    "Yakuza, the game where you fisticuff hostesses in tanning salons in Japan"


    Im gonna punch me a hostess in that demo.
