There are many people who like laughing at Mr. Rogers now that he's dead and calling him a pedophile. There is nothing wrong with you people that I can't fix with my hands.

Mr. Rogers was a treasure. The world's poorer for not having him in it. Sure, this clip of Mr. Rogers hanging around a video arcade with a small, unaccompanied little boy seems a bit pervy right now. They were simpler times.

I love everything about this clip, from John Costa's intro (don't be fooled: this man was one of the all time great Jazz pianist's) to the way Mr. Rogers refers to Mario as a "carpenter" and so cheerfully allows the little boy to rip the controller away from him, without doing what a lesser adult like me would do, which would be to slug the child.

Thanks to GayGamer for calling my attention to it. But it's not gay, dammit!
