I pray because the game is only being in beta, there aren't alot of people playing at once. But I hope the guns don't sound like jiffy pop. Oh well, time will tell.

I actually got the update that was over 2 gigs, only to find the servers were down for the tgs test, then when the private beta started, asked me to REDL the 2+gigs because they changed something and after about 10 failures over 10 days, gave up.

Playing games is fine, i get a great connection and downloading things in HOME seem instant. My guess is some of their servers are the problem.

Guys, he was referring to having to preorder the game as being a "pay-to-play program". Put $5 down on the game, play the beta.

The first guy had light armor (easily distinguishable from the fact that he had no helmet), the 2nd guy had heavy armor (helmetted).
+5 exp is due to the fact that these guys only made a kill, but not a spot where the objective set up by the squad leader is. If you see green text underneath the EXP, that is additional bonus points for supporting the objective. points rack up fairly quickly if you do your job right.

Game play looks pretty solid, and seems to handle just like I like a FPS to. Will definately try this out, but I don't see myself playing it over MW2.

And I've yet to meet a single person who played Joint Ops who didn't love it, despite the numerous bugs and horrifyingly bad patching the game received. The community stayed strong until the game was literally unplayable.

Personally, I'm really enjoying MAG and found a solid group that I now play with regularly, which makes all the difference in the world. My preferences aside, I'd still recommend people hold of on taking any criticisms (short of bug and glitch info which will most likely be remedied) until the official release because it doesn't seem that the major sites previewing it are putting in the time it deserves for thorough coverage.
Oh and sniping is 1-shot kill based on where you shoot and what you're using. If you look closely at vid 1, the guy kills the first person repairing the unit, but the 2nd guy is prone. The reason he didn't kill him was because he was hitting the fence on the top of the structure. The guy he was attacking was also wearing heavy armor which is the only way you'd survive 3+ shots from a sniper.
