@Strom Thurmond: It really is. Except for the whole haveing every character unlocked from the get go. way to kill a lot of the challange backbone emeryville.
@Sylar will take the power from Crecente's hair: Not everyone enjoys have to work to unlock junk that should be there in the first place. I hated having to put in hours in the Dreamcast game buying characters, colors, and options. I gave Capcom money; gimme what I paid for.
Babo has been around for a while before this announcement. I only know because a few of my friends somehow discovered the PC version of the game a few years back, and have since become pretty hardcore players, participating in tournaments and clanmatches and making quite a name for themselves among the admittedly tiny community.
I'm not old enough to remember MadBalls, but the whole thing reminds me of CrazyBones. Remember those small bone shaped things with the different faces? I LOVED MY CRAZYBONES!
Never heard of Madballs, probably before my time, but it DOES remind me of Iggy's Wreckin' Balls. Now THAT was a great game.
In fact, this just seems like a more violent version of Iggy's Wreckin' Balls, but without the time trial and freaky arms, and with more guns 'ablazin.
