    Like Ashcraft and a lot of guys here, I mourn the death of the arcades, and not just in america, in the whole western world (it seems). Here in Brazil they died just like in America. I mean, there are arcade places, still, but all with old machines with nothing new, gathering dust, stuff like that and people just don't care about it... it makes me truly sad. Arcades were like heaven for me, when growing up...

    Good read.. I don't know if this is the case for most people in America, but for me as I get older I feel more out of place in arcades. Not entirely sure why, but I guess it's just partially my personality and that these places tend to be aimed at getting kids to come in with their parents. I do miss going to them while I was younger though.
