    I'm so glad they added water! It looks amazing! Everytime I would play a LBP level with Water. It would either just be a blue tint, to represent water or cardboard, blue mist. That killed you when you landed in it.

    Can you imagine now, all the community level builders now. Who have already made levels with water. They have to go back now and rework them with the new realistic water. I'm sure they won't mind. It'll be fun! Oh and Jack Sparrow is a must buy!

    @JoBo: one of the things that was the bane of my existence was the fact that you had to catch a bubble before drowning. the countdown would make u a nervous wreck .

    I really hope that Media Molecule focuses on the cinematic elements of Little Big Planet in their next major update.

    The promo videos they've created are awesome, and it would be great to have the ability to create similar in-game movies.

    I think the ability to add more traditional storytelling elements would really elevate the creation aspect of Little Big Planet to a new level.

    Apparently Davy Jones will be a mask not an actual skin. You can see some of the sackboy's original face under the eye holes.

    Mask for face means that it will be unlikely for us to make Davy do ;P :o :'( and :( which is something I was looking forward to doing.

    Right-click the image and look in a new tab if Kotaku's image viewer is still broken to see a larger version.

    @ReynaldoRiv: If you watch the trailer closer you'll see that Davy Jones does indeed have facial expressions. Keep in mind that the stuff listed above was for the level kit and not the costume kit.

    @Zhejan: I always come back to this game every 3 months or so. That's usually a large enough space of time for the community to make a ton more levels... packs like this only add to that fun.

    This is why I am so glad that I do not sell back games after beating them. This DLC looks awesome. I also can't wait to see what kind of levels users come up with but then again the best created levels are always copied from other games.

    ABOUT TIME. I NEVER bought anything from LBP's DLC, except for the Metal Gear Solid level pack.

    Really, I'm not that interested on new costumes and stickers for my sak boy.

    But new levels, and new game mechanics like the Paintinator or water? Insta-buy.

    @minusX: Not to mention that you don't miss out on new game mechanics by not purchasing DLC. It's still all accessible in created levels, you just wouldn't get to use it when creating levels yourself.

    @Ackers thanks Brian Ashcraft: Water tools come built in with the PotC pack, like the paintenator was with the MGS pack.

    So if you buy it, you can make levels with it. If you don't, you can still play community levels with it in.

    My god, they've done it.

    They might not have made the Youtube of Videogames but they've certainly made the Lego. (Lego videogames notwithstanding...)

    And at least with Lego, unlike Youtube, you get a certain sense of accomplishment building your monument to wasted time and collectible hoarding.
