Bueno, ¡finalmente!
@Clave: Haha it is weird indeed. I'm mexican and speak spanish all the time but for some reason reading spanish here makes me hear it in my head like it was spoken by people from miami or people who don't speak spanish trying to comunicate in that language.
Anyway. I agree with Alex here, sony needs to GET IT and start accepting credit cards. I just can't belive that any small business can make an online store (INCLUDING SONY STYLE MEXICO) and somehow they manage to not be able to do it with the PSN.
I can't buy anything from the PSN because somehow to download the convinient online content i have to pay online to another store, wait for them a week or two to ship me a card and then enter a code. It's insane!
But i really hope that sony finally makes a real effort around here.
Good move, the Playstation brand is still really strong here (brazilians are very loyal to brands)
If this lowers the price of their consoles I´m all for it. If its just a distribution thing, with no pricing change, screw them. This is how I see it. MS brought the 360 officially to Brazil with a ridiculously absurd pricetag. Sony never launched the systems oficcially here, but if they make a "lauch" like MS, with absurd prices, I´m not for it. But if they charge an adequate price I might buy a PS3 in the near future (and it would probably make the other consoles lower in prices too). So, welcome Sony, it took long for you to come here officially!
When - and if - sony decides to launch the playstation store here in brazil I am sure the prices are going to be preposterous, and the releases outdated, so I really cannot find any reason to stop buying from the U.S store.
@mpar: I do that too. Whenever someone goes outside I tell em to bring a game. I never bought a game in my country for this gen, all of them are "hand-imported" by friends lol
