the 80-yen unlimited-refill coke zero was great, though.
usually whenever i go to costco the coke zero is flat or out of syrup or something, though this time, thankfully, it was perfect!

Can be annoying at times, but that's why we have every other Square Enix RPG to play when we want something new or diffrent.
For Dragon Quest, just play it slowly and over a long time, or every other (if not more) with a decent break between them. It works for me.

I really really hope they don't screw this up. As a DS and a Wii owner, why does everything have to be about community?

Thats excellent for you personally Mr. Rogers, but it leaves me with absolutely no idea about this game, not being a personal associate of yours. I'm not a really Pokemon aficionado but I DO enjoy alot of other JRPGs, and have a couple potential local teammates. I guess I'll have to wait a few months for more in-depth impressions/review, again I was just hoping you could tell me if its worth putting on my radar or not, oh well.

re: the game itself: it's dragon quest. play dragon quest v on the DS -- it's being released in february. if you like it, imagine what it would be like if you were playing that game with just one member in your party. imagine if, in order to have three more members in your party, you had to have three friends who owned the game.
if that sounds good, then you will like this game.

Don't get me wrong, I have plenty of friends, but not that are interested in Dragon Quest. Although I will still probably get it myself, I hope that the content is still just as good if you don't have friends connected.
