So was Jack Black, in character, as Brutal Legend's Eddie Riggs. Rolling Stone caught up with them as they asked the obvious questions.

Sadly, Rolling Stone's video player isn't embeddable, so you'll have to hit the link below to watch it. It's about, oh, a third of the way in.

<![CDATA[Tiger Redeems Himself On Late Night...Sort Of]]> After losing to Jimmy Fallon in a round of EA's Tiger Woods 10 for the Nintendo Wii in Times Square yesterday, Tiger managed to defeat Fallon in the televised rematch...but just barely.

Tiger came on the Late Night with Jimmy Fallon show last night to see if he could make up for his humiliating loss earlier that day, and after a bad start on both their parts, Woods did manage to pull out on top, but it definitely wasn't a pretty round of golf.

<![CDATA[Jimmy Fallon's Got The Scoop On New Celebrity Games]]> Lots of hate out there for new Late Night host Jimmy Fallon. I don't get it. You say he's awkward? He is awkward. That's what makes him so damn cute. I've never smiled at so many bad jokes in my life.

<![CDATA[Tiger Woods Accepts Jimmy Fallon's Late Night Wii Golf Challenge]]> When Tiger Woods appears on Late Night With Jimmy Fallon later this week he will be facing off with the show's host in Tiger Woods PGA Tour 10 on the Wii.

On Monday, enthusiastic gamer Jimmy Fallon announced that Tiger Woods would be on his show this Thursday, saying he wanted to play him on the Wii because it was the only way he would have a chance.

Today, Electronic Arts confirmed to Kotaku that Woods has accepted the challenge and that the two would be playing rounds of golf on the Wii version of Tiger Woods PGA Tour 10. I'd assume it will include MotionPlus, which means Fallon better start practicing.

<![CDATA[Ever Wanted To See What Project Natal Looks Like On Jimmy Fallon?]]> Well...yes, you get the idea. Here's Microsoft's Kudo Tsunoda demoing, as promised, Project Natal on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon.

And as you can see, Jimmy Fallon is...well, to say he's enthusiastic about the whole thing would be selling his enthusiasm short. Wonder how important it is for Microsoft to have the host of the Late Night show squealing "THIS IS THE FUTURE OF GAMING"? Or, on a more practical level, how important it is to be showing on TV that the whole thing actually works?

Oh, and the Devo jumpsuits? Probably something to do with the lighting, as it's likely the prototype camera was having a little trouble making out the player under full-blown studio lighting. That's my guess, anyway.

Shame we didn't get even one "BAM", though...

<![CDATA[Jason Sudeikis Pitches First Full-Penetration Game to Schafer]]>
Focus Effect 4 isn't just a game, it's a seed in Jason Sudeikis' fevered mind.

Jimmy Fallon sent Sudeikis to E3 this year to cover the conference and, apparently, pitch his idea for a new game which is one part every game every made and one part full-penetration sex.

Brutal Legend dev Tim Schafer seems pleased, calling the game not an investment but money in the bank. Though he does question the coincidental appearance of a roadie in the theoretical game.

<![CDATA[Jimmy Fallon's Late Night At E3]]>
Uber gamer/ late night host Jimmy Fallon sent Saturday Night Live's Jason Sudekis to E3 to check out the latest and greatest in gaming.

Sudekis, a big gamer himself, got some face time with Mickey Rourke, Eliza Dushku, and of course Project Natal. It's a great segment and a must view for anyone who watched the E3 coverage this year.

The show was so impressed with Project Natal that they've booked Microsoft's Tsunoda for the show on Wednesday. And you know what that means: Live, national... BAM!!!!

<![CDATA[New 'Late Night' to Treat Game Debuts Like Movie Premiere]]> Jimmy Fallon, who takes over "Late Night" from Conan O'Brien beginning on Monday, says the show under him will cater to the interests of a younger audience "into tech stuff, gadgets, video games."

Speaking to Movieweb, Fallon - the former Weekend Update anchor on Saturday Night Live - says appealing to the coveted 18-to-34 year old age range isn't that difficult.

"I'm just going to be honest with what I like and what I do. What I enjoy. We're not going to hide the fact that people are on the Internet all day," Fallon said. "We'll treat a video game premiere like a movie premiere."

Interesting. Of course a premiere of anything needs a guest, and movies are a natural for late-night promotion because they have recognizable, dynamic stars in real life. I'd be curious to see who he brings in for an AAA-title that doesn't have established Hollywood talent in the voice acting, or making a cameo.
