Some of you may be too young. But with the coming of Halo 3, laser tag has been reinvigorated with licensing dollars. Last week, Jasman Toys announced new Laser Command toys co-branded with Microsoft/Bungie. This week, we have pictures of the glorious weaponry as it goes on sale at ThinkGeek (along with a few other retailers we're sure). The guns are actually pretty slick, with as much attention to detail as stickered plastic can achieve.

Hit the jump for a video of the guns in action. They are far more impressive when you see...
1. Their absurd sizes.
2. Their absurd firing kickback.

Looks like a fun enough afternoon. The pistol set with run you $80, and the rifle is quite a bit more at $130.

<![CDATA[ Halo 3 Covenant Replicas, No Ammo, Plenty of Heat ]]> We've known Jasman Toys would be releasing Halo 3 weaponry for some time, but they just announced an unveiling of their line tomorrow at Comic Con. Luckily, dear reader, we already have more intel on the equipment.

The full-size, heavyweight weapons will feature infrared beams to register hits on an LCD, vibration, sounds, lights and recoil. But the most "authentic" feature may be the Assault Rifle's propensity to overheat. If you shoot too many rounds in too quick of succession, the rifle will throw open its sides for ventilation (and we're hoping, burn the shooter). So you're telling me you're bringing the biggest pain in the ass feature of Halo to real life? Sweet.

The Covenant Rifle will run you $119.99 with the Plasma Pistol clocking in at $79.99. The Plasma Sword has not yet been priced.
