Excellent. Sin City movie? Great. Sin City game? We'll see. Jackass: The Game publisher Red Mile Entertainment is creating the tentatively titled Sin City: The Game and announced that it has brought in 20 year game vet Flint Dille, who won "Story of the Year" for The Chronicles of Riddick: Escape to Butcher Bay and Dead to Rights, to shape up the game's story and overall production. Dille and Frank Miller actually go way back. Heck, the storyteller in 300 is even named "Dillos" after the scribe. Says Dille:

Frank and I met during what I call our 'professional adolescence' when he was doing the Dark Knight and I was doing the Transformers cartoon series, and we've been great friends ever since... Frank and I have been having a party coming up with nasty stuff for the game. In true Sin City fashion, some old characters will return, new characters will appear and — without giving anything away — probably die horribly. It's great to be working with the Red Mile team on this project: They clearly share Frank's and my commitment to bringing a new and true Sin City to interactive life.

You know, this could actually work. Let's hope it actually does.

<![CDATA[ Jackass Officially Announced ]]>
Five months after McMike posted the gallery for Jackass the Game, Red Mile Entertainment has finally officially announced that the game will be coming to the PS2, the PSP, and the Nintendo DS this Fall. 35 scenarios have been revealed including dodging traffic on the streets of San Francisco while rolling around in a garbage can, and doing a little golf cart Burnout-style damage in a Country Club. The whole crew will be there except for for maybe Bam who supposedly didn't make it off the cutting room floor.

It looks funny, but isn't this being released too late in the game? Jackass isn't even airing new episodes anymore and there are definitely more pressing matters to address. Where's my Die Hard 4 video game announcement? I needs to get my play on with some Timothy Olyphant. The shiny-headed old guy ain't too shabby either.

<![CDATA[ Marvel Comic Writer: Games Are For Pedophiles ]]>

Marvel's Mark Miller, the guy who wrote the Civil War comic, had a recent sit down with comic site Newsarama to talk about his future plans and the impetus for Civil War.

Things were going swimingly until they got to the last question and the interviewer asked Mark if he would ever be interested in working outside the realm of comic books and Mark deftly inserted his foot into his mouth.

Like all my pals, the TV and movie people have come calling and even the computer game people (which is weird because games are for pedos and I have no interest).

Wait, a guy who writes comic books for a living is saying that games are for pedophiles? I think tipster Neal put it best: What a jackass, especially coming from someone who works in an industry that is often geared toward a young market. What is this, Comic Industry Stupidity Day?

I did note that the phrase was in parentheses, but judging by their use throughout the interview it appears they are meant to denote asides Miller said.

<![CDATA[ Gallery: Jackass: The Game ]]> I've never been much a Jackass fan, as I'm not into watching dudes vomit or whack eachother in the family jewels. Also, men in thongs and I are like oil and water. But, I gotta say, Jackass: The Game? It looks kind of fun. Don't call that an endorsement, by any means, but check out the screens and see how this PSP title is shaping up.
