To kick things off, a competition for original unreleased Miku tunes for the game will kick off October 15 and wrap up on October 31. A location test for the arcade game is expected early next year, and for the time being, Project DIVA Arcade seems concentrated on Vocaloid character Miku content.

Nothing has been confirmed yet for home or portable consoles.

<![CDATA[Watch The 13 Year-Old Motion Capture Girl In Action]]> To achieve the 3D character modeling for PSP title Hatsune Miku -Project Diva-, SEGA enlisted the help of 13-year-old child star Yui Ogura.

Here is a video clip of her (and her game counterpart) in action. No, she does not get in the car and drive away.

<![CDATA[Younger Girl Did Hatsune Miku Motion Capture]]> Pantsu-heavy PSP music game Hatsune Miku -Project Diva- features a 3D version of Vocaloid character Hatsune Miku.

To get that 3D character modeling, SEGA enlisted child star Yui Ogura to do the motion capture. The kicker? According to Hatsune Miku's official profile, the character is 16 years old. Yui Ogura is only 13. What gives?! It's motion capture!

<![CDATA[SEGA PSP Music Title Is Pantsu Heavy]]> Vocaloid character Hatsune Miku, is coming to the PSP with Hatsune Miku -Project Diva-. So are her underpants! SEGA has been playing up the "3D modeling" of the Miku character. This is perhaps why?

Then again, maybe these are just her bathing suit — totally innocent. Still, a slew of new screenshots makes some wonder if -Project Diva- is a misnomer of sorts.

The rhythm game will be released on Japanese PSPs early next month. Many will buy it for all the wrong reasons.
