This is a bit disappointing in the graphics department, considering it marks the series' PS3 debut—they're nicer, for sure, but not wholly updated. The biggest (and best) change comes from the GunCon 3 in its dual-fisted goodness, which felt quite natural and quite nice, actually, and improved our gun-waving endurance. <![CDATA[Wii Zapper Hands (Shoulders) On]]>
Cutting to the chase: it made my shoulders hurt. Looks aside, when I first picked up the Wii Zapper, I wasn't sure how to hold it. Why? The trigger is oddly placed on the gun's front handle, and the analog stick is in the back. Compared to Namco's Guncon 3, the Wii Zapper seems unnatural, even. Fingers gently crossed that Nintendo will release a proper Zapper. This plastic casing doesn't cut it. At all. Videos after the Jump...

<![CDATA[Gallery: Time Crisis Scans]]>
This morning Luke Ashcraft talked about how it will work, but now I get to bring you pretty pictures of Time Crisis 4's new guncon and the glimmer of hope that it will not be orange. Not so lucky for the Dutch who love them some orange, but great news for anyone who doesn't want to look like they're playing with something they dug out of the toy chest after a trip to the dentist. Now that you're a grown-up, you shouldn't ask for seconds. Shame on you.

<![CDATA[Time Crisis 4 Officially Coming to PS3]]>
Everyone can let their deep breath out, Time Crisis is officially coming to PS3 according to Famitsu. The PS3 version will feature an AC mode that will be a picture-perfect twin version of the arcade game. A third version of the lightgun (Guncon 3) for the game is in the works, which will hopefully fix the compatibility issue between the gun and LCD televisions. See? Everything's going to be just fine.

<![CDATA[Rumor: Time Crisis 4 on Xbox 360]]>
Everyone's panties are getting all tied up in a bunch after a recent IGN Mailbag question revealed a lot more in the answer than previously known:

Time Crisis 4

Have you guys heard of any rumors or anything that would involve seeing any information regarding time crisis for the wii?

Sorry, but it doesn't look likely. Time Crisis 4 will be coming exclusively to PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 complete with a pretty sweet wireless gun, so say little, dirty birds. However, no Wii version is currently planned.

-Matt

Although asking if Time Crisis would be available for the Wii is a valid question (even it was supposed to be a Playstation exclusive game), it seems that some heads were scratched when there was a confident thumbs up pointing in the direction of Xbox getting the game as well. Does this mean that a wireless gun controller will come out for the Xbox 360 to compliment the GunCon controller that will be coming out on Playstation? No official word has come out of Namco Bandai, but if the PS3 (with GunCon) version will be release November of this year, then surely we'll will find out before then. Right?

<![CDATA[Time Crisis 4 Coming To PS3? Yeah.]]> A listing popped up on specialty retailers Gamestop's and EBGames' websites recently for a PLAYSTATION 3 port of Namco's arcade light-gun shooter Time Crisis 4. Sporting a November release date and a $89.99 price tag, it's fairly solid confirmation that the game is coming this holiday season.

Gamespot contacted Namco Bandai Games in their recent Retail Radar column and received a typical "no comment" response. Yeah, it's coming. Hopefully, the port will look better than the Super System 256 (read PlayStation 2+) original.
