@bakagaijin: it's at the end of March, next year. I'm hoping it'll be as good as this one; despite my planning and hopes, it looks like I can't make it this year :(
@bakagaijin: no kidding. i've been wanting to go to PAX since the first one got announced, and now that I'm finally out of school I have the capacity to go! :D

Okay dokey things I want covered:
Game Developer Parents: Raising our Kids on Games redux
Working with Fans to Create Better Video Games
Weapons 101
How can we make online gaming communities suck less? - (why are you not panelling?)
If the Nerdcore Could Rise Up, it Could Get Elevated: Musical Guests Panel
LIVE ON-STAGE DEMO – Assassins Creed®II and Splinter Cell Conviction
Oh god I'm hardly halfway though.
You know what either get me a ticket(inc. plane ticket, sucks all the fun conventions are US) or just cover everything/point us to other people who do the ones you don't.
I told my wife I wanted to leave the kids at home and take a vacation for our wedding anniversary. I suggested Seattle at the end of August. I booked a whole day of shopping, spa treatments and relaxation for her all day Saturday. She asked me what I would do while she was busy for 12 hours. I sheepishly told her that I am sure I could find something to do. Not only do I get to go to PAX (this is my 4th in a row), I get zero bitching about it, she has a great time and I get laid afterward.
I am good.
You have accomplish the impossible, you have accomplish something that thousand upon thousand of mens(and womans)have try for centuries only to fail miserably.
@KillerBee: When she finds out you booked your anniversary vacation to Seattle so you could go to PAX, you'll be in it deep, man. You're booking your anniversary around your want to go to a video game show, not around what you both might like...best keep it on the DL.
@Alibyebye Essmob: She has been wanting to go to Seattle for years, PAX is 3 days before our actual anniversary, and it isn't my fault that Gabe a Tycho moved PAX to that weekend. Everything just fell into place. HEHE.
@KillerBee: Nice. I managed a similar coup last year and got to see PAX, and also managed to take the wife out on the town to see the pre-Broadway staging of Young Frankenstein and a fantastic dinner. Everybody won.
