    Nice tv... I think more games should support split screen. There's nothing better (in gaming) then hanging on a coutch with your buddies and pwnin eachother while eating pizza and drinking beer...

    I have a 1080P Panasonic projector that I have at 140". My buddies and I try to get together once a month for some split screen gaming on it. It is sublime.

    dayyyuum. if thats got multi PIP you could practically use that for system link games, i mean shit each of those split screens is the size of a regular tv screen, thats crazy kupo

    @Jim Reilly: Erm...Isn't COD4 16+ rated? Or at least M for Mature rated in the US and A? And retailers say that they are responsible enough to not need government sanctioned age rating systems. It's actions like this that give bored senators the leverage to raise the issue in the first place. If an industry can't regulate itself, and in this case it quite clearly can't, the government will eventually step in.

    @Archaotic: nothing short of fully interactive virtual reality will ever replace 4v4 on two TVs in the same room. it's like your playing a completely seperate game from the online multiplayer crowd.

    Agreed. And people always wonder why I blast online multiplayer. It just can't replace the awesomeness of being right next to the people you're playing with. There's no cheating (except for screen-looking in FPSes), no standbying, no bullshit.


    And hey, if someone does pull a bullshit stunt, you can beat them up. It's too bad developers seem to have forgotten about it.

    Generally I'll take playing a game with three other people locally and losing some screen size over playing it online with people I don't know and can't punch in the head if they're being dumb but getting a full screen as a consolation.
