    While I am a bit disappointed I didn't win, I really didn't deserve it. I've never played Dragon's Lair and spent all of 1 minute on Google for the correct answer.

    So, I think Owen really dropped the bomb on this one. I believe step 2 is supposed to read like this:

    "Post a comment on this thread ( [www.brutallegend.net] ) on the official Brutal Legend.(typo, probably supposed to read "on the official Brutal Legend fansite") Note: You'll have to register a free acount (false). That's how they'll find you." (again, false, you just leave some contact information behind).

    I don't think Kotaku was given a statue to give away, and that guy at BrutalLegend.net is running the names through a randomizer himself to pick the winner, not having EA do it for him.

    Also, Owen probably meant to link here

    as well, at the bottom of his post.

    So no, to everyone who is confused, you do not comment here, at Kotaku, to be entered into this contest.
